Stu
Not really. Just wanted to see how far people would believe (even for a second) the (seemingly) insane escalation of stakes in here recently think TNON had commented on this last week and ruffled a few feathers. It's always amusing when someone randomly comes along and starts claiming to have a betting bank of 5 figures plus - it makes you wonder why they bother posting their bets on N-O when they're clearly a seasoned pro I've said before that I only do sports betting during major sporting events and I'm betting just for the extra excitement. I have decent amount of money online all the time for other 'gambling' that I'm using but it is in no way a betting bank. I always ignored this thread until the CL-final when the epic thread title changes caught my attention. And I can stop posting my bets here so people don't have to think they are fake\I have a gambling addiction\it's just amusing\whatever else. if your main income is derived from poker playing, then I certainly wouldn't be calling that your betting bank. Just curious as to what yours is, as you come across as a fairly 'seasoned' bettor but seem to be playing with quite a high % of your bank (with dismal results at the beginning of the tournament). Alternatively, you're just having a bit of fun; in which case this is all irrelevant
Anderson
£123 up from Rooney FGS and England bets. £115 down from France bets.
wormy
Including my £50 on France to top the group, I made a £20 profit tonight. Thank God for my greed that I stuck on an under 2.5 double and Rooney LGS.

Alternatively, you're just having a bit of fun; in which case this is all irrelevant I used to bet a ton as a kid as my parents both love horse betting and football betting with small stakes and they used to pay my small coupons. I have couple of friends who have been pretty serious about betting so I know something thanks to them. I really don't have any betting bank as I bet so rarely outside the Euros\World Cup\Super Bowl\Eurovision ( :lol ). Might stick around for the Premier League this time with some real plan and different bank than my poker accounts. Betting is just fun and it's not so big deal if I end up 2k down on the tournament as I can easily and often do lose that or more in one day playing poker. wormy
Being able to lose £2k on poker in a day, man. Unreal. I know a lad who lost everything playing online poker, losing much less than that a day.

Anderson
£27 (of freebet winnings that need to be played through a few times ) on Thunder. Wanted to double it up with over 192 points, but they wouldn't let me.
wormy
Deposited with BetFred casino as they match it with a bonus. Then read through and discovered it needs to be played through 20 times. And I withdrew my initial deposit and they erased my bonus!

Stu
OKC to win game 4 @ 6/4 Small stake? £50 - woke up in time for the last 2minutes of the game. OKC winning by 2 points...then Heat went on a 7-0 streak, including that ridiculous 3pointer from a one-legged LeBron James got the overs in though

Lush Vlad
2 silly 50p e/w yankees for me today and a big single on Carlton House: Almajaheer @9/2 - keen on this, pissed in ahead of The Nile (RIP) at Newmarket when I went. Nahrain @7/2 - if race ready, this should blitz the field. Class act last year. Carlton House @3/1 - Stoute/Moore fanboy, apparently smashing it on the gallops. Brae Hill @25/1 - loves the big handicaps, 25s seems huge! First 5 places as well. Valbcheck @ 6/1 - Noseda's horses are supposedly sick, giving this a go though. Chacamidee @ 4/1 - hacked up at Lingfield, if Nahrain isn't fit, this should win. Farhh @10/1 - solid e/w claims and want to take on SYT. Bonnie Brae @16/1 - always there or thereabouts, wanted to split the draw bias with Brae Hill as well (6 & 23).
Guest Roger Kint
Was torn between Chach & nahrain like, knocking bet Nahrain will win now i went for the other. Really wanted to back Carlton but id probably jinx it for wor Liz
Lush Vlad
Covered both mate, couldn't split Nahrain or Chach. So You Think should win. Just think he's bagged some fairly weak'ish Group 1s and flattered to deceive a lot of the time, well worth taking on at evens IMO. I know you can take it all with a pinch of salt, as horse racing is rigged to fuck and unpredictable. But supposedly everyone at Stoutey's yard are pinning their hopes to Carlton House, working like a demon on the gallops and I read yesterday he destroyed Sea Moon and Fiorente (the latter being a decent group performer) in his last bit of work before this race! David Milnes on twitter said Carlton had 'worked the house down' He's going to come last isn't he?
