More to be pitied than scorned really. Put yourself in the shoes of the poor wretched folk of Chicken Town for just a moment. They have two big obsessions, one is a jealous hatred of Newcastle, the other is paranoia about the size of their support/attendances and the 12,000 or so empty pink seats regularly seen in their stadium. Imagine how it must feel knowing that the only football team who will ever fill your stadium are your closest rivals about whom you are so bitter. It's really got to hurt them badly. Its just like last season - their big thing was Ben Arfa v Sessonion, then when it became clear that Ben Arfa was infact the better player, with stats to support it, they then started Ben Arfa v Adam Johnson. So this season, its Cisse v Fletcher, completely ignoring Demba Ba the fact that he has currently scored more league goals than their entire team.
