BBCSport: Nottm Forest chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi: "With the January transfer window approaching, we feel it’s the right time to make a change."

BBCSport: Nottm Forest's Fawaz Al Hasawi: "[O'Driscoll] can count himself unlucky to have lost his job with the team one point away from the top six."

Unbelievable.

And we couldn't even beat Villa

They did Liverpool - perfect away performance.

Lambert just needs to keep them up this year. They have sooo many kids playing and getting good experience (for the most part) and he's learning which ones can step up. He just needs to stay up, then do some work in the summer. I rate him tbh, but he may end up cutting it fine this year.

The other thing to consider is the contrast between Lambert's and Pulis' sides. Stoke let you have the ball outside the area but defend like beasts as you approach. O'Neill used to do something similar (though not as extreme) and rely on Agbonlahor/Young on the break. Lambert just can't bring himself to do that, though he may have to start doing so in the next couple of months. He was frustrating us today - more by luck than judgment - but when he brought Albrighton on and started to play more football in the second half...well you saw what happened. Chelsea certainly took full advantage.
