Extending The Family Enclosure - Again

Not really. My son was 18 in June and all they did was put his ticket up to the same price as his mothers. No suggestion that they had to move so it looks like existing season ticket holders who hit 18 just keep the same seat and pay the higher price.

Families should be encouraged to come to the football, it should no longer be an event exclusive to a man and if lucky his son.

Ironically the only thing that would encourage more families to attend is the only thing NUFC and pretty much ever other club won't do and that is to make it more affordable.

Our family tickets are some of the cheapest in the country.

Surely the expansion & popularity of said area completely negates your point here.

We're basically full for every game, there's very little incentive to bring prices down.

They're effectively going down every year with the price freezes in place and we're generally full because we have a payment structure that absolutely maximises the latent optimism of even the most cynical football fan and keeps them coming through regardless of the quality of fare.
