Other than Mitrovic there's nobody in our squad that can act as a focal point for the attack, a target man if you will. Likely to be cheap and will probably be content to be a squad player with Mitrovic as first choice. Could see there being something in this. Not encouraging that everyone thinks he's shite though. If the scouts rated him previously they still will. Ultimately we need strikers upfront that can hold the ball up and allow us to keep possession and get up the pitch. Cisse is incredibly poor at it, and it's going to be a big problem. Won't be surprised if this is an initial loan with a view to a permanent deal.
