Made perfect sense to sell one of them and it hasn't disadvantaged us at all. There are plenty of real mistakes we've made without making them up. The two or us worked together for a short while when he became West Ham United manager. I was already at the club when he joined. We didn’t really get on. I was an older player who had strong and different ideas to him, it must be said. He was a younger manager who, understandably, wanted to do things his way. We were both pretty headstrong.
