Good game today between Whitley and top of the table Consett - 3-2 to the away side. Cracking crowd of 637 - must have been a couple of hundred Consett fans.

Think they'll be OK but Whitley in danger of getting dragged into trouble at the bottom the way they're going at the moment.

Cracking crowd. Couple of lads I was speaking too were saying Blue Star had over a thousand on Friday as well which is ridiculous.

Hopefully the interest in NL (and below) doesn’t diminish now NUFC are a going concern again.

Also taking in more cup action tomorrow, as York continue their campaign of welcoming North East teams to the new stadium;  Morpeth Town. Very much looking forward to it as always!

Good game? Saw it was a draw.

Casual 9-1 for the Stan today. 15 unbeaten ahead of their Vase game next Saturday against a team from a couple of leagues up.

Fucking wank. York were terrible. No idea how easy or difficult it is to find competent managers at this level but they might as well bin Watson cos he's spent the past four years barely getting a tune out of the most expensive squad in the division. Joke that this team are barely getting results against sides at the bottom of the division below.

Fair play to Morpeth's Thugs XI. Meatheads R Us were well worth their replay and it was genuinely cracking scenes when they got their richly deserved equaliser. They roughed York up from the beginning and got a good result. 237 fans as well, another brilliant turn out. Pure embarrassment from York fans singing "your support is fucking shit." small time as hell.

Other than that it was areet.

Went to West Auckland on Saturday to see Whitley lose 6-0. Absolutely atrocious.

Liner pulled a hammy and had to be replaced at half time by somebody out of the crowd. Whitley players had the cheek to vent their frustration at the poor sod when the 4th went in.

Could be a relegation battle the way things are going.

Heed through to the 1st round proper :aww:

Would say well done to their fans but they were little sh*ts and their players were telling kids to f*ck off in the tunnel. Glad to beat them.

Seems like every time I see a Gateshead tweet Langstaff is mentioned. Must be some player at that level.

Him and Cedwyn Scott are easily some of the top players in the league nevermind Gateshead. League 2/1 quality.

Blyth lost again tonight - 2-1 at Bradford PA. On a real run of bad form at the moment, which is very worrying. Needs sorting.

They looked a mess at the weekend , nothing up front .

Need a big target man to play off. On their FB group last night, I suggested Dan Wilson who plays for North Shields - big lad who puts himself about and has gotten goals this season. Supposedly Blyth have been in touch with Shields, but nothing doing.
