The regime actively prevented a good window. I believe we have more options now and could do marginally better, but considering last season marginally better is standing still or dropping a couple of spots. The worst thing is, we saved so much money by loaning Kenedy and Rondon, we should have plenty of cash reserves to strengthen in areas like full back and midfield. We've had a shit window in terms of bringing people in but at least there won't be rumours about the likes of Lascelles leaving while we get the season going.
