Gonna delay the whole Carling cup as there is no free date for them until the 8th, which is when the first leg of the semi finals is due to be played.

There's no chance they'd play it tomorrow is there? Just thinking about whether we're going to keep out TV slot tomorrow...

Will there be anything else to watch on the telly tonight or is it another excuse to go to the pub?

By that, I assume what you mean is: "will I be at the pub with no football, or will I be at the pub watching a game?"  :winking:

Confirmed 8th of Jan, sky will not let it be played tonight as they have bought the rights to the match, and have yours already for tomorrow. Got to much power within the game sky. Thank god it wasnt an away.

The game can't be rescheduled quickly for policing/traffic managment etc reasons, Liverpool City by laws require 10 days notice for a match
