For anyone that has seen him play, or watched more than that video of him - did he have any weaknesses? My first Toon hero No apparent weaknesses as a striker, lightning quick (elite 100m level), strong as a bull and lethal with both feet (in his autobiography he mentions hours of practice spent shooting with his weaker right foot) and he was also very powerful in the air. Was known as Mac the Mouth in the press back then as he was quite outspoken, and in the run up to the fa cup final in 74 he was spouting off a bit. Unfortunately he only got the one chance in the one sided final which he skyed over the bar. His book also chronicles the botched operation on his knee by the club`s medical staff which led to a painful early retirement and the beginnings of a serious alcohol problem.
