Leicester gave us a scare the last time we were chasing PL. They also got relegated that season. Only a Nick Pope save got us the point we needed.

They’re much worse this time though. I’d say that’s a banker. West Ham isn’t a bad fixture either but the others are tricky definitely.

Yet another weekend of Man City being shit.. 4 wins in a row and 8 games unbeaten. Will struggle against the mighty mid table teams.

Lazio and Roma play in the same stadium let alone the same city. Swap one of them out for another team with two syllables and increase the geographical diversity of the song.

Very unlikely Lazio and Roma will be in next season's CL. One might get in, not both

didn't realise the Euopa final is sandwiched between the final 2 games

very handy for Villa if both Spurs and MU get there

though I expect Bilbao to take care of that

So Arsenal finishing 6th instead of 5th while winning CL will simply remove an english europa league spot for no reason, so that england has less european spots? Why? CL would still be 1-6.. The same if Chelsea win ECL. If we then finish top 5, the conference league spot is simply removed, with no other differences and therefore 1 less spot in total.

Also some other confusing things like:

If Newcastle finish top 5, Arsenal finish 6th and win the CL (hah!)

Champions League: 1-5, Arsenal as UCL winners (6)

Europa League: 8, FA Cup winners
Conference League: --

Okay, but what about 7th?

Teams don’t tend to win the game after they win a league title in that season. Almost never happens as far as I remember?

Would be happy with a Chelsea draw then. Playing Liverpool the game after they win the league is the luckiest slot they could have gotten and it may get them a CL spot

So we are pretty much guaranteed Europa League given the 11-point gap we have with the 8th placed team.

Seems like it, but that is a fallback. UCL or bust.

Unless we finish 7th and Palace win the cup I think.

The hope I’m clinging onto is that Liverpool hate Chelsea

Massive that we have about one week between games plus the position we are in. There shouldn’t be a lack of energy or motivation. Cup finals. If we can’t make it from here then we obviously don’t deserve it. Let’s do it!
