NUFC Transfer Rumours

Bruno scores more goals than Rice because he gets himself into the box way more than Rice. Anyone with eyes can see that Declan Rice strikes a ball cleaner than Bruno. There's quite a few things that Bruno can do, that Rice can't BTW.

Also, what a pointless debate since Tonali strikes a ball better than both.

I guess if bruno is that terrible at shooting as most will say..i guess we have rubbish CM's in the league currently when it comes to shooting.

Tonali’s got a great hit on him.

Big Joe has occasionally, but is massively inconsistent with it.

Miley we haven’t really seen enough to say, but that Bromley goal was very promising.

Longstaff and Willock not great, but capable of the odd decent hit.

Bruno has got no dig at all, but because he has football IQ 3000, he manages to find ways to compensate for his significant physical shortcomings when it comes to shooting.

I think you took that the wrong way. Am not lashing out mate.

If I've done something to upset you I apologise but I genuinely don't see why you needed to be so hostile.

Bruno's shooting is a bit shit. Everyone who watches games sees this. He doesn't have a thunderbastard in his locker at all. Actually you can see that even long diagonals seem like a stretch for him.  He is a street footballer and just doesn't have the technique. But his shooting is pretty accurate though.

I agree Rice strikes it cleaner, however Bruno is more accurate in his shooting than Rice and Tonali.. Way more accurate. I think thats the big difference.

Ahhh well let me give you some stats to debunk your assertion.

Rice has a shot accuracy of 41.48, bruno G 47.62.

Rice has a shot success of 8.37 and Bruno G 14.69.

Im sure you get the picture Rice's Dad.

For 60m? Absolutely not.

He's done nothing to suggest he's worth that much imo.

Psr and all that.

Edit.

I just checked and he got 15 goal contributions this season in the league? If that's right it's decent but I still think 60m is too much.

He's been out a bit as well tbf. Think he'd do well in a good team, personally.

I’ll be critical of Bruno when he’s poor but at this point we can’t put a value on him. He’s priceless in that he basically IS the club. Certainly now. His value is here and nowhere else.

Yeah that's it for me. Bruno can have a few off games but he's the cultural leader of the club. He represents the change from being a piss poor Steve Bruce side, to being a proper quality European level side.

I want him here until he's into his 30s. He's an absolute icon.
