Newcastle and N'Zogbia in dispute

Milner is out on the pitch doing it. Where exactly does N'Zogbia's talent lie? His touch isn't great, pace not great, technique at times laughable, very very raw player. How good could he become with us and with his attitude? Not very.

Totally agree.

N'Zogbia's attitude stinks. However, he does have decent pace. Something that will forever hold James Milner back. As for his touch and technique? He has that.

Its not a competition between the two. If I had my way one would be out of the club and the other would struggle to make the bench.

Hard to impress when you're not even picked to play.

The lad needed games this year and has been ignored in favour of shite. Fair enough he hasn't pulled any trees up but he needed a run of games, not just the occasional appearance here and there. Roeder needs shooting for his (mis)handling of this lad.

Someone needs to get the facts out for him. He's blatantly starting to believe his own hype. All the "Arsenal interested" blaablaa loosened a few screws in his head. Im sure Allardyce will tell him exactly what he is and what not.

Someone needs to get the facts out for the people who keep coming up with the same patronising talk about Zog's head being out of place because of some Arsenal talk. He has been continuously pissed on, and because he isn't sitting there gladly opening he must think he is better and bigger than the club and all the fans.

Yeah, certanly rushing out of the stadium after being named as a substitute is the right way to go..

No but, easily excusable after the season we've all had.

Then again, maybe a team of Brambles, Carrs and Ramages is all this club deserves.

People don't genuinely think that it's pure coincidence that we end up with the 'temperamental sulks' while Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool, by and large, get the players with the "right" attitude do they?

He's really not worth the bother. Would rather get a couple of mill and rid than have him be a problem for a new manager.

The top 4 have had several problem players who have been shown the door over the years.

Paul Ince, Petit, Strachan, McGrath, Anelka etc

The kid has shown himself up in pre-season. Had a shite season when he has had the opportunity to get his head down and today he hardly covered himself in glory.

He is a decent footballer. Better than Milner imo but his attitude is appalling. If he has been given a hard time by Glenn Roeder then surely he knows he has a new man coming in? He hasnt set the tone for his rehabilitation has he?

He is either brainless or couldnt give a fuck.

Can you imagine how Roeder would have handled the Rooney/Ronaldo situation at Man Utd last August?

Sell one for £5m and send the other to Celtic on loan.

That's a good point. Why on earth would he cause a stir when there's a new manager coming in and giving him a clean slate. Unless he desperately wants to fuck off. In which case its down to more than a shit manager not playing him..

Reckon he just thinks quite highly of himself. Ofcourse the way he's been treated has affected his attitude but that doesnt change the fact he's acting like a primadonna and needs to be told some truths..

Look at Milner: he was halfway to feckin Birmingham before we changed our minds and brought him back. But he still played every match with passion and worked his socks off. The thing is, if N'Zogbia had actually tried his arse, he probably would've been played more as Duff's been shite, but the Zog's performances this season would even have Kieron Dyer cringing.

Roeder treat him badly but a player with a better attitude would have got his head down and busted a gut in training to show his desire. Instead he sulked, culminating in todays hissy fit. Who does he think he is?

Yep, Milner was treated a hell of a lot worse imo but got his head down, worked his arse off and has been one of our best players this season. Perfect example of how to be mature and go about things the right way.

Milner wasn't our BEST player until this season...So for Milner to get his head down  and workd hard to prove to all of us he is worthy of staying at NUFC was understandable....N'Zogbia on the other hand thought (and most of us think too) that he has proved his worth to the Geordie public last season so for him not to be appreciated and played as much as last season was a big let down by Roeder and co.

Roeder fuck** up Zogie and Luque in my opinion...We know how good Zogie was during SouMess's rign...Roeder just drove his confiedence low...Roeder doesn't know how to manage NON English mentality...

There must be a reason why he is being left out though. It is easier to side with the prospect who looked very exciting last year but I don't think he is being left out because he is being victimised. There must be more to it.

Mate...Roeder does NOT know how to manage players...How did he treat Luque ? What about Roeder's treatment of Di Canio at Westham ?

Looking forward to seeing how Allardyce deals with this - we're expecting him to be announced as manager in the next few days with all the positivity and so on that implies, and possibly the very first thing he has to do is have showdown talks with a player who is, from the outside, a talented but troubled reserve winger...

I can see Big Sam using this as the perfect opportunity to lay down a marker and give N'Zogbia the boot, ensuring that the likes of Dyer and Carr have uneasy holidays and come back for pre-season training either motivated or asking for transfers.

Just a thought

He's been s**** when he has played to be honest this season. He doesn't deserve just to start so f*** off.

You are CRAZY...

Spot on Wullie - we get second best most of the time because the top 4 Clubs can pick & choose because of their success ; players WANT to play for them. Unless you're Shearer, NUFC is simply a Golden Goose employer....

Lets hope Allardyce can change that view, although it won't happen overnight, and we will probably need to win something before players believe things have changed.

said already on here,  He was dropped earlier in the season because his attitude stinks. He heard the rumours about Arsenal being intrested, and instead of knuckling down and try and get himself back in the team, he has just sulked like a spoilt 10 year old.

Today looks like the last straw. Fine him big, and kick him out the club, becasue zoggy ... You aint as good as you think you are.

Well he would justified to think AT LEAST he is better than Pattison...

...at throwing a strop.

Attitude can be the only reason he wasnt a starter today, and if its true  that his ego is a bad as it is, there is justification that it needs rectifying.

It takes a great manager to be able to handle that kind of personality flaw well, I think if SA had been in charge earlier it wouldnt have been a problem.
