How do you know that? Look at Peterborough and Scunthorpe. Woolford managed to get a couple of goals against a former Premiership team this season To be honest, there isn't a massive difference between the two leagues. The defenders in the Championship just tend to be better.

We're paying £2-3M for a player who's 26 and still playing in League 1. When Leeds were in the Championship they loaned him out to League 1 sides. He may turn out to be half decent, but it's hardly spending money on an exciting young prospect. He was pretty shit until he went out on loan to Scunthorpe. Since then he's never looked back.

So apart from when he's been given an extended run in a team then? He's a quality goalscorer, and would outscore all of our forwards quite easily. Take out his good last month and he has played 68 times scoring 13 goals in pretty much 2 seasons..........a player having a good few games in form, nothing more Sustained run of games. Same for all strikers, which I think you know. A career ratio of a goal every 2 games too.
