I have it on very very good authority that a bid from Hull is being considered.
-
I'm more shocked that Blef has a mate

Hoops? 18 months I think.

1st one was a goalmouth scramble after a corner. 2nd was a fantastic unsaveable header. 3rd was a top class unsaveable volley. 4th was a bit of a dodgy keeper trying to push it out and the striker reacting quicker to slide it in. Not bullshit at all. Just a good comeback. or manipulation... What?

Wouldn't surprise me if that's the standard of signing we make as well. I'd be happy with signing someone who scores as many as Nolan this season tbh.

Some very good goals to bring it back to 4-4 to be fair. Kanoute's header was class.
-
By the way, whilst we're talking valuations on players, Gary Hooper is valued at £2.4m by Scunthorpe.
-
How do you know that? Look at Peterborough and Scunthorpe. Woolford managed to get a couple of goals against a former Premiership team this season To be honest, there isn't a massive difference between the two leagues. The defenders in the Championship just tend to be better.

A good agent who found the only muppets willing to pay him that much, job done. Man City have acted incredibly short-sighted with this transfer, do they now not need De Jong or Kompany? Kompany will play centre back now that Lescott has forgotten how to play.
-
He was ref for Bolton v Lincoln last week wasn't he? He was also ref for Man City v Scunny a few months back. Done a fair few games at Championship level.
-
We're paying £2-3M for a player who's 26 and still playing in League 1. When Leeds were in the Championship they loaned him out to League 1 sides. He may turn out to be half decent, but it's hardly spending money on an exciting young prospect. He was pretty shit until he went out on loan to Scunthorpe. Since then he's never looked back.

With what money?
-
Leeds have already made a bid for his replacement.
-
Leeds had representatives at Scunny v Barnsley today; according to one of the Scunny players (who I'm not naming) they're talking about a deal for Hooper to replace Beckford in this transfer window. (ITK, sorry Dave)

Other than 2 years in League 1 his goals record at Championship level is pretty s****, not a good signing for a team heading up from there is it? So apart from when he's been given an extended run in a team then? He's a quality goalscorer, and would outscore all of our forwards quite easily. Take out his good last month and he has played 68 times scoring 13 goals in pretty much 2 seasons..........a player having a good few games in form, nothing more Sustained run of games. Same for all strikers, which I think you know. A career ratio of a goal every 2 games too.

Been saying it for 2 or 3 years now. Billy Sharp. Sheff United want to sell him in January for £2m. Get him in.

Just to prove how daft a question this is: Drogba.
-
Coventry were the worst team to visit Glanford Park this season (and that's saying something )
-
Did Tandy have to pay anything to replace Barton's shirt which he set fire to?
-
Lansbury is fucking brill.

Step away from Newcastle before you fall in love with the club. It's a whole world of pain! I'm used to suffer because of my football club! Like the dark times in the late 1990s when we were s*** and... finished 6th in the league What? Title wins in 98 and 99, cup wins in 97 and 98, Uefa Cup in 97. My heart bleeds for Barca fans in the late 90's like.

No that's Arshavin lolz
