Yes, let's buy from our fellow relegation candidates, might aswell buy Sonko too whilst we're at it. Both Kitson and Shorey would walk into our team.
-
Someone who can actually contribute something to the team would be good. I'd even take Downing over Charlie I'm afraid.
-
I think they'll be less forgiving of his extremely persistent bad touch having seen how close to the bottom of the table we are.

Positivity is the opposite of realism though, so it kinda makes the entire thread pointless, no? -

The players weren't allowed to replace themselves in the January window. -

 Bunch of kids I WANT IT NOW OR I'LL THCWEAM BOOO HOOO HOOO Whereas people like you are happy to bury your head in the sand and pretend that golden boy Keegan will have a magic touch sooner or later, no? Some of us are worried about the state of the club, especially if we get relegated. If you don't really care about that then just fuck off and let us lot moan about things. -

Wrong on both points you've made. Well done. -

Encouraging? We keep giving them the ball. We're not actually supposed to be helping them win, regardless of how good they are -

Kneejerking from the last 15 games? Do we need to wait 2 years before declaring that the team are f****** unbelievably s****? I'm talking about the posts aimed at Keegan and relegation you numpty. Wrong choice of manager. Said so at the time. Foresight rather than kneejerking. -

It's something to do with Taylor not being good enough for this league. Something like that anyway. -

Steve Harper is the best English goalkeeper in the Premiership.
-
Would have been better if he'd ended up in the 3rd row with the ball. Nani is a prick.
-
Downing is very similar to Woodgate in his choice of leisure activities.
-
I've never been so depressed How shit is our squad if he's our 2nd best centre back
-
1-1
-
I think Maloney fouled him originally tbh
-
It'll only take 2 good central midfielders to turn us into a top 7 team.
-
Can't wait. Scunny and Hull here we come. Nowt wrong with Scunny mate, although it will mean getting relegated 2 leagues in 1

I'm actually quite happy with the team. It's obvious that 5 or 6 of them just aren't good enough, but with the squad Keegan has, what other options did he have? -
How much have you seen of him? He's been at Scunthorpe* on loan for the last few months. The guy is an absolute joke - exactly like Shola but on a completely different level. So to answer your question - quite a lot. * I do realise I've now opened myself up to the "how can you comment on Newcastle if you watch Scunny" comments, but hey Who put the 'cunt' in scunthorpe? Thinking back, I've never heard that before, well done

How many games have those 2 actually missed for England without missing the following games for their clubs though? I can think of better examples tbh, but I fo get your point.
