Norwich had an abysmal squad when they came up but they finished 9th.

QPR aren't really in a strong position. We seem to be his only suitor, he has stated he doesn't want to play in the championship and they need him off the wage bill so they can start signing players.

I'd say that they might have an initial good start to the season then fall away quite badly once the whole 'new signing/new era' boost dies out and Di Canio inevitably falls out with every one.
