Can't see Ajax being willing to sell mid way through the season. Or that we'd pay either

According to twitter Anigo (Marseille president) has said Remy will be leaving. Apparently it's in L'Equipe? On my phone so can't search and see if its new.

Wullie is spot on. Too often we have to make do with gaping holes in our squad because the selling club wanted 'too much money' or agents wanted paying. There's being sensible and then there's just plain penny pinching. This is our 4th window needing a centre half (we need 2 really) and yet Pardew is saying it doesn't look like we'll get one again.

I've never felt like our backroom staff is the most professional set up. It's not based on any thing more than the types of personalities they are though.

Bigi and Anita were best players. Tav played better centre half. Rob Elliott was solid but we didn't have enough big players on the pitch against a Championship side at home. Marveaux is in good form. He changed things and gave us more presence and allowed Anita to play more. Expected them to sit back but it didn't happen. Disappointed we're out (apparently) and wishes he could field a stronger team. Fans brilliant. Supported throughout. We have to sustain our Premiership status (admitting he threw the game?) Colo, Cisse strains blah blah blah. Jonas, Cabaye and Taylor MAY be back next week'
