I think counting the Carling cup goals + assists pushes him to about 10 goals + 10 assists for the season, which is insane really.

Feel Gordon has had the run of the green this season - been very hit and miss yet still seemed to start every week. He needs to earn his position when he comes back.

Murphy is a testament to Howe's managerial ability because in what other teams does he start for in the EPL? He's been good for us but it doesn't hide the fact that he's a very limited player. We're just very fortunate that he links up with Isak who mostly puts Murphy's chances away.

As someone who used to commute from London to Coalville - that drive is very tiring. Makes zero sense to do that daily, there's plenty of family friendly areas around Leicestershire that are suited for footballers/young families. Seems Winks has recently had a baby with his partner - even more baffling why he wouldn't move his family nearer to his work place?

Better return than Madueke who we were heavily linked - and Madueke scored 3 against 1 team. Happpy for Murphy - he's getting results but his game is still extremely limited so I suspect Howe has just told him to stick to what he's good at.
