  1. Don't know if I really agree with bookings for silly shoves like that when basically everyone is getting involved, as long as it's nothing much. Could have just told Anichebe to calm down.
  2. This is getting painful to watch
  3. Nice attempt to give the ball back by Babel
  4. Frustrating play that from Everton... every player wanting 5 minutes on the ball!
  5. That Pienaar tackle really is atrocious, can't watch it too many more times.
  6. Fun game this. Not much football but nice to see players get stuck in there from time to time.
  7. This was Roederesque with his hand being forced over the selections. Be interesting to see if Smith and Butt walk straight back in... which they probably will.
  8. Shame Carroll didn't get his third and shame about the goal against, but that's if we're being very picky. Fantastic result!
  9. Let's get some Loven! Right now! Oh yeah! In sweet harmony!
  10. http://cache4.asset-cache.net/xc/96450941.jpg?v=1&c=NewsMaker&k=2&d=77BFBA49EF878921A343B2C87A49D8F5034178E7B4F8CA2F6F080E6296ACA05F9291E219CE5466B8
  11. Although this was pretty unexpected... it's a little typical of our season. Sudden bursts of goals to get us going again, a bit like the Ipswich game.
  12. Best get the goals in now before the half time morphine injections.
  13. This isn't about taking a morale high ground though, the issue's more about how it would affect his role as a leader regarding trust from other players. Wonder if Terry might decide not to play under Capello again...
  14. Indeed. Any resolution was good news. I trust Capello to make the best decision either way. The fact he's lost the captaincy is the rather more amusing outcome though
  15. On SSN now: Terry has lost the England armband. ... apparently they called Bridge to tell him to put SSN on because it's true!
  16. I remember that day. Was such a relief after the build up of the months before. He was winding every one up with his post match interviews, hardly ever spoke about the actual games, just how his "family is important to him" and how he has to "look after himself" continuously dropping hints that he would never resign. Still a good guy deep down (although it became harder and harder to notice that). Just an utterly terrible manager.
