Back in the driving seat they are now. In their own hands and all as they are 1 point above the other two contenders for the final relegation spot after drawing at home vs St Etienne
During the highlights of the game they showed Kevin Keegan who was sitting in the stands!

That was such a frustrating season. It ended in familiar fashion with a no show and everything just falling flat in Marseille.
-
So many young Parisians seem to support Marseille though for some reasons...
-
They've been ridiculously bad for two years now.
-
They had only just changed it / cleaned it up last year. Now they're going for another design...
-
going back to dark shorts then are they...
Still on a one home kit a season rate though

cant understand why everyone slates shola so much, when we needed him the most (under glen with all the injurys) he preformed.
-
He scored 14 goals in his last season here, 17 the season before that. The 1st season without him Oba scored 17 and no one came close behind him. This season Owen is leading the pack on 12 goals. Shearer may not have been his former self in his last 2 years here, but he did the business for us those last 2 seasons the same as Oba did last season and so far more than Owen is doing this season. Doesnt deserve the "he was great but his last couple of seasons....." stuff.
prem goals (taking away penalities) for Shearer
2004-05 4
2005-06 5
anyone else massively impressed with this?
Shock... Ronaldo in more Shearer belittling!

Just number 4 with no name.

This advert is heavily influenced by The Prodigy's 'Smack My Bitch Up' video from 1997, even down to the vomit!
If you haven't seen the 'Smack My Bitch Up' video search YouTube.
I don't know where Guy Richie got the idea from for this video:
Prodigy Tube clip
There might be one more way to say it

2 class goals from Beckham this weekend.
Robert got himself an assist too on Thursday.

If Ronaldo scores 1 in ManU's last game he'll equal Shearer's record of 31 in a 38 game Prem season.
-
Not too difficult to see Owen taking number 2 spot from Cole if he stays free of injury, so, no chance then.
Even in his "prime" I think the most League goals he got in one season was 18. Will be tough for him.
Edit: 19 actually.

Funny you should mention his record... I've just perfected the stats section over the last week:

Yeap. First stop every time I connect pretty much.

Ok so I did get it... just looks like a tiny little piece of soap
-
Hard to understand how you could find it shite tbh
... Anyway, that bit under the shower still don't get that, is it supposed to be a tooth falling out?

Could this be another one of Tone's inspired signings, like Ricci and Liam? He clearly isn't fit, but they've obviously had time to have a look at him. He fits the bill for us, big, fast(ish) and strong, looks OK in the air (on YouTube!)
There's a youtube video that actually makes him look good?
Well it's certainly not the first video that comes up when you search his name on youtube...yikes.

He peaked during the 03-04 season, imo.

to be fair to shola, he has scored 28 goals for the club and cost nowt. think of all the money we've wasted on "better" players (ie Luque).
He scored two against Leverkusen, two vital goals against the mackems, set up shearer for his record-breaking goal, scored at anfield on the last day of one season to scrape us into UEFA Cup. And theres plenty more. The point is, he's obviously not the greatest striker we've ever had but he's done a solid job for us and I wish him well. Some of his goals have been very important to this club.
And with some of the wastes of money we see these days, I think we cudda got more than £4 mill to be honest.
Bla bla bla... so we should cancel the deal and call him back then? No let's be really fair to him: he's a donkey and lazy twat. Fuck off Shola you shit.

Interesting to see Henry "so low". Was being branded the best PL player ever by some near the back end of 03-04. Hindsight caught up to him?
-
Zambrotta = Pure class.
Was very good in the first leg. Not so much tonight
-
The person taking the free kicks is right footed Van Persie is left plus he's got a boot deal with Adidas not Nike. Guess again.
condescending much?
