  1. My thoughts- Emre is the biggest prick in the league.

How he never got sent off is beyond me. Looked like Butt raised his hands to Anichebe as well? Anyone see it on a stream?

Bigger prick than Cahill? I sincerley doubt it. Emre has his faults but at least he isn't so much of a T*** that he thinks battering an inanimate object is clever.

Yep. Not only does he do sly niggly challenges and mouth off like Cahill does, he also dives/play acts.

And what is that muzzy about? It's like when you're 15 and some nob in your class is trying to grow one.

Cahill is a complete c*** tbh

I'm not denying that, it's good to have a cunt in your team to frustrate the opposition

Some people on here are in serious denial about Emre though

aye, Emre's constant tumbling is starting to really annoy me... add to that the card waving today. Starting to hope the Barton rumours are true.

  2. By the way about this... does anyone know more about the operation? or have a link to a more detailed story about it?

Because they said on SSN that he had flown to Bordeaux to have the op, was wondering where exactly he had it done.

  3. ... He's falling into the Newcastle trap here isn't he though? Talking a great game!

    You mean the Shola trap!

Or... the Shola, Shepherd, Souness, Dyer, Boumsong, Babayaro, Roeder etc... Trap :D

hopefully Oba can break the mould.

" PENALTY MISS NEWCASTLE, A kerfuffle at Goodison Park as Tim Howard takes exception to Emre brandishing an imaginary yellow card after Kieron Dyer is dragged down in the box. The resulting corner is possibly the worst you will ever see. Tune in to Match of the Day tonight to have a good old laugh at Obafemi Martins."

    huh...

  5. Maybe not... we're lucky (in a way) to have our home kit changing during the gap years (non WC and non Euro year) so we get different designs from the ones adidas uses to genericaly asign all their national sides.

  6. It's always the same... Around end May-June time.

And we'll probably wear it for the last home game of the season (although I hate that! it's so f***ing smalltime, wish we didnt).

What is small time about that? Most clubs in England do it tbh.

    I guess it's for promotional/advertising purposes etc

I know it is... but it's extremely lame.

  8. 7) Favourite Alan Shearer moment of 2006 - His overdue retirement

    8) Best atmosphere at SJP in 2006 - Shearer Testamonial, so many glad to finally see him go.

    10) Best opposing player in 2006 - Scott Parker, as much use as a man sent off. [/b]

As the cliché goes, Jesus wept.

    The truth often hurts.

    Blatant WUM's often bore...

His hatred of Shearer seems to be very genuine though. A very petty man.

  9. 1) NUFC Player of 2006 - Shay Given, had a good think about it... but there can't really be any other.

    2) NUFC Young Player of 2006 - Charles N'Zogbia, close call between Taylor and him, but I'll go for the Zog.

    3) Best game of 2006 - Sunderland 1-4 Newcastle, no debate really

    4) Worst game of 2006 - Newcastle 0-1 Sheff Utd, with the added disapointment of the Charlton match just before, horrible.

    5) Best NUFC Goal of 2006 - Parker vs Charlton (a) for me too, although still annoyed we made it count for nothing within seconds with some shody defending

    6) Best goal conceded in 2006 - Gerrard (1-3 v Liverpool, home, March 06)

    7) Favourite Alan Shearer moment of 2006 - Record breaking goal v Pompey

8 ) Best atmosphere at SJP in 2006 - Shearer Testimonial

    9) Best away game of 2006 - Sunderland 1-4 Newcastle

    10) Best opposing player in 2006 - Wayne Rooney, we always get played off the park against ManU.
