-
about half of prem clubs have yet to make a signing so far this window.

rumours of £800,000. does that seem a tad cheap ?
-
the irony being it was manager spooner himself (robson) who brought him here in the first place.
-
he does the basics. wins the ball, retains it well and gives it to his team. looks to get on the end of things and will try and get beyong the forwards. don't expect defence spitting eye of a needle type passes. slightly worse than scott parker but with more of an eye for goal imo. He's a lot worse than Parker imo. Nolan is a slow midfield clogger whose knack of hitting a few nice volleys each season has bought him a reputation that he doesn't match up to. The price isn't that big though so if he gets a couple of those volleys to move you up the table then he'll pay his fee back. you forget we saw scott parker at close quartes for a while and nolans spectacular goals run ended about 3 years ago. not slow but certainly no speedster and is a bit of a clogger but a damn sight better than what we already have in the middle.
-
so he didn't say "the club have paid me well while i've sulked and been crap. the club have offers on the table, they could accept one or alternativly let me rot till my contract runs out in 2012"

who's he done now like ? should have a thread of it;s own , wouldn't want charles getting mixed up with it. Are you kidding? I mean N'Zogbia! He must be good as I've seen loads of daft twats on here saying it's all down to the numerous managers he's had not seeing how good he is, rather than him being a complete c*** himself. A man after my own heart. I've been saying this for goodness knows how long. But it's never been poor little Charlie's fault. however wullie has gone into mourning. on another note it's been revealed that the date charles said that was the 12th of october 2008 and he's kept to his word.

well that'll save us two goals a season -
no no there isn't
-
I heard he was so annoyed with being called this, he stayed up all night thinking about it. "couldn't sleep he was so angry" would've worked better
