Yip no doubt, re shutting it. lve used it a few times and always surprised how little used it is.

I wasn't being serious
-
I've gave 2 real live examples above.

Dunno, if we were to move up to Castle Leazes/Leazes Park I'd like the current SJP footprint to he a green space.
-
And if you remember back pre Ashley when their were tentative plans for a hotel and casino linked on to an extended Gallowgate, everyone said it was doable, that included engineers etc but cost prohibitive and we've had nearly 20yrs of progress since then.
-
So am I. Remember that land was earmarked for several office blocks until our owners bought it. We're they going to have 4ft foundations ?
-
PSG were rumoured to have been sniffing about.
-
Even back in the days of the Fred's they said it was structurally possible to extend the gallowgate but not financially viable at that time.
-
Wouldn't be surprised if its 80% the former and 20% the latter.
-
I'd imagine most managers would be good at it if they had a squad where there isn't a huge drop off when you pull out fist choice players for a game or two.
-
Yes I was being silly, move The Sun, don't be stupid. Would turning The Earth upside down so to speak have the effect of The Sun being on the other side ?
-
And even tgen was it a left/right split or fulfilling roles. Tonali playing the deeper playmaker role and Kessie more box to box ?
-
I think he might and might not. Could easily see him playing a couple out of the first five.
-
There's a courtyard with a similar terrace on the other side
-
Throckas. Still see the Tyne as well.
-
Germany have been doing that haven't they ? The kid who was on loan to and just signed fir Brentford.
-
Look, the problem with Leazes Terrace is natural light yeah ? Where does that come from......The Sun, so all we have to do is move The Sun to the other side and voila, problem solved.
-
"Best as the left hand no8" ? Haven't seen that anywhere like. Most of the sites fbref and the like have him central and he played mainly on the right for Italy the other night.

Do people want ASM sold purely for his fitness record?
-
I'd say they are bigger brands but that's not down to being London clubs, it's down to years of relative success. Regularly in Europe and at the top of the English game.
-
There's probably something in that.
-
I think I'm with the majority here. Stay and develop, only move if we can't reach a decent ish capacity and that move HAS to stay in the city, Leazes Park, Arena, or College of art and tech sites.
-
I think that's gone now. They know we are there and there's little they can do. They just have to look after themselves and treat us just as they treat others (that could easily change and expect a quick change of rules again should we "loan" Neves or some such). Then there's non Englush clubs who would just be after the best deal for themselves regardless.
-
Not necessarily. Wouldn't be surprised to see some use of the loan market to get round FFP.
