I think I'm with the majority here. Stay and develop, only move if we can't reach a decent ish capacity and that move HAS to stay in the city, Leazes Park, Arena, or College of art and tech sites.

I think that's gone now. They know we are there and there's little they can do. They just have to look after themselves and treat us just as they treat others (that could easily change and expect a quick change of rules again should we "loan" Neves or some such).
