george graham (being that we did have him here for a trial and were going to offer him terms but he went off to villa)
-
doesn't mean it's not true by the way.
-
an understrength MK dons aswell apparently.
-
Home fans only kept out ? seems that way. just a couple of hunfred germans. you'd have thought in that sort of situation schalke would have took thousands.
-
I thought the paok-scalke game was behind closed doors. turns out the germans have been let in and the greeks locked out.
-
sorry, i'll delete it and hope no-one was watching eh ?
-
i'll bet your grandmother would have something to say about that.

He's not exactly got a good track record of going out on loan and then coming back and playing for the team who signed him. yeah but he wants to go to OM, he gets that, he's said he's not ready for England yet so hinting that he will in time and if he impresses his price increases should PSG, monaco come a calling.
-
thauvin. i'm surprised no club has came in with the idea of signing him then loaning him to OM for a season. he grows up a bit in france, gets more experience and has another year to impress (increase in value). probably not an idea for us but sounds right up chelsea's street.
-
surely just a diversionary plot to get us past the end of the transfer window.
-
ashley listened and engaged over the singing section, family section etc. It's easy to "listen" when it's really a cosmetic exercise over an issue thats very small in the scheme of things. did everton consult the fans about transfers when they went years without buying anyone (ie something important)
-
if he has refused to play i'm quite prepared to not sign anyone (if we are needing to sell to buy) and just not play him till his contract is up. sick of the power players now have, "I want a move when I want but if I turn out to be shit you have to honour my contract"........get fucked!
-
because he knows there's not a cat in hells chance of getting even close to a break even for him so he'll be quite prepared to take back his loan over a few years at which point the sale price to break even will be considerably lower. we'll still buy the odd player if there's a deal to be had ie clause, last year of contract etc. but doubt there'll be the "investment" many want. interestingly for those of the boycott season ticket persuasion, it may be the worst thing to do at the present as it could well see him here longer (ie longer to repay his loan) as i'm fairly sure he'd be off like a shot at the first chance to break even...................and take over Rangers. (though I don't blame them, especially those are just sick of the way football is going, i'd probably have packed in if the girls didn't like going and the social aspect, really it's only a matter of time before I pack in, regardless of how we do on the pitch)
-
Well actually putting Vurn and Sylvain in the side certainly went some way to helping them have "their best games for the club". Duuurhh! all agree re anita, all disagree re marveaux.
-
Aye i'm baffled by Arsenal wanting him, there not exactly short in CM's especially if they do resign Flamini. Again - as Newcastle have said - it could be simply a ruse to placate the fans. ''Takes one to know one'' and we are the biggest bull shitters in the game. at least we bullshit about players for positions we think the fans will want, it's like kinnear trying to placate us by "going after" a keeper.
-
if true how does that go with their valuation ? sure i read 10million somewhere but can't remember if that was pounds or euro.
-
watching them enough it just doesn't look like it's part of their natural game. manager/clubs fault mind for having such an unbalanced squad.
-
i don't think that sort of pressure would be enough to make him take a £100million hit which is what it would be, if not more.
-
thats been me even before ashley.
-
So did Hicks and Gillett, they were still forced out by fan pressure. were they ? I thought it was RBS and the financial shit they (hicks and gillette) had the club in meaning the bank were covering themselves.
