  1. I must be biased too because the fouls that were called against us didn't balance with the exact same stuff man united were getting away with. Especially that foul by Nani on Anita, that was absolutely filthy, studs on the ankle area. Then the c*** had the nerve to drag Vurn to his feet as if to say it wasn't a foul. the commentators were saying it didn't look much, then on the slow motion, you could see clearly it was a nasty foul and they didn't say anything about it. Easily a yellow and arguably a red. I was fuming after that. Nani knew he almost broke Vurn's leg and went to drag him up right away. c***.
  2. Good performance. Got beat on the ground few times but that will always happen to someone his size and mobility. Bossing it in the air.
  3. Leave him alone ffs, all he did was laugh at Man United.
  4. Only mistake was stepping up half a second too late when the ball was played to Hernandez. Quality game otherwise.
  5. Proper love him. MOTM for me.
  6. Amazing first half, was everywhere. Brilliant.
  7. Had to record the match and just finished watching. What a f***ing brilliant performance! Debuchy, Tiote, Cabaye and Sissoko were absolutely brilliant. Was also my dad's (Man U fan) first match ever at Old Trafford. Can't stop smiling.
  8. Without wanting to be a douche, it would probably have been better for football in Australia that we didn't qualify as opposed to scraping in and then getting destroyed on the world stage. The (general) Australian sporting public's psyche is an amazing thing, in that if we aren't at least competitive then we shouldn't bother. The game is very much still faced with a hostile media (as well as large portions of the public) who delight in every misstep football makes because of the threat the game poses to the "traditional" sports of Australian Football, rugby league, rugby union and cricket. So yeah, getting splattered three times in a row is a big deal. I'm sorry Finland didn't make it, but I'm concerned about how this draw impacts on the future of the game in my country... I was only joking but cheers for the reply. I didn't know or remember that football is still viewed like that in your country, hope you have three respectable results. The soccer fans in the US who only watch few games every four years will be breaking their hearts with that draw.
  9. Shut up ffs. Finland was knocked out when the draw for the qualifying groups was done. Enjoy the fact that you're even going there.
  10. So Santon's lack of improvement has been down to Colo? I know he's the devil but still.
  11. Wouldn't mind seeing him in the box but he's also decent at striking the rebounds from a corner.
  12. He doesn't know how to defend. Apparently he didn't have to do it in that Mickey Mouse sham of a league. Difference is, he's poor every time he's tested.
  13. I don't know if he was better, but both were at least equally s***, yet people rather have Williamson on than Colo. Against Man U I'd play MYM and Colo, no need for having Willo against technical players such as Kagawa and possibly RvP.
  14. Neither, especially Tiote didn't even give a horrible performance.
  15. i never want to see that combination again Accident waiting to happen. You could argue the same for all of our CB combinations, mind. Willo was poor today and totally asleep during the second goal. He's been good but deep down he is a backup in a top half PL team.
  16. I hate the fact that referees are incapable of blowing the whistle unless the player goes down. In all situations.
  17. Williamson was worse, hope it's MYM and Colo on Saturday.
  18. I wasn't serious gentlemen. Reading some posts on the match thread and I could've thought he did cost us the game.
  19. Pardews tactics would have scraped a 1-1 if he was managing Liverpool. Aye.
  20. Agree 100% Williamson was hanging few yards behind everyone else and did nothing.
