Not surprised you're not up to date with NUFC...... too fucking busy reading religious stuff, I say.

not good news that our championship rivals are getting big money to spend. (assuming the doyle to wolves 6m transfer is true)
-
Because i felt it's relevant.

i could pick out many faults in your superhero obafemi martins, too. they're both s*** and they're both a disgrace to the newcastle united shirt. Martins is far from my superhero, I just think given the circumstances he's done an ok job for us yeah, i'm convinced. Your love for Martins is embarrassing.

brown fell for the hype? Brown the clown!

 some of the words describing him in that brochure is just laughable and sheer bullshit! "Dynamic!" "Loyal" "Charismatic" "Cool" I bet he's really embarrassed.

where do you live, mate? austria?

You're saying Bassong would have left had we finished 17th? I think he would still have wanted away had we stayed up aye, as soon as Arsenal and Spuds made their interest known he was always going to want to be away. Or maybe they would have thought "Oh, damn it.. Newcastle stayed up; not much chance of getting him now. Anyway, who's next on the list?!". You what?!
-
You do realise that they still lost some good players like Cannavaro, right?? Why don't you answer the first question then..... do you think Bassong would have left had we finished 17th? The answer is probably no. It's nothing to do with being shit or not. (Unless you think that a team that finishes 17th is WORLD CLAAAAAASS!!! )
-
And why does it have to have resemblance, ffs??! My point being is that those world class stars stayed at Juve even though they were playing a lower division football. As simple as.

I don't buy this "i don't blame him" shit, tbh. Last year we gave him a great chance in football by plucking him from a relegated French team and his profile is much higher now that he played for us. Surely loyalty for one extra season, to see if we can get straight back-up, is not a devastating career decision for someone his age? (At least until January) Buffon, Nedved etc did it with Juve.... so why the hell not Sebastian Bassong? Knew all along that he's just a typical modern-day footballer, tbh.
-
yeah.. i think they still got first option on him. Can see fergie taking him back now. He (fergie) wasn't really sure if he should move him on or not, so he insisted that villareal insert that option into his contract.

Agree. HTL just shit stirring. Ignore.
-
what do you suggest, then?
-
that was just pathetic!
-
we could a lot worse than him. proved that he can get a team up and stay there.

What do you call someone who leaves his soldiers in the middle of a battle they're losing? The lad was paid a fortune and was backed to the hilt by supporters who really loved him. When we needed him the most he buggered off to the next rich kids on the block. Yet we're still supposed to kiss his arse and offer thanks? Feck that. he was "paid a fortune" but still went for the money, eh?
-
he was unhappy about the direction the club was taking so he finally lost patience and decided to leave. Don't tell me our supporters never cancled season tickets over the years! We went down because we're shite. Not because Given left us.
