Gazza has just been on Sky Sports News looking so ill. He looks like he is in his seventies, reminded me of Hurricane Higgins in his last year.

Enrique looked overweight and way off form yesterday. I was amazed the number of times he was done for pace. Carroll looked better, I think there is still hope for him if he gets a move away in the summer.

I can't knock it off now either. A ripple of applause for Sterling coming on was 'the biggest cheer of the night' apparently.

Despite knowing for weeks that this was coming it still feels so disappointing to have it confirmed.

He was on Talksport this morning saying how he is rooting for Bayern in the final. He said Tottenham would be too, then dropped in that Arsenal aren't away from us yet either. 3rd place here we come!

Not sure who I want to win now, probably Real as they don't have the suspensions for the final.

Will we qualify for the Champions League? Sadly not...

Are there many Real/Bayern players on a yellow and in danger of missing the final? -

I am certainly not going to be upset if we make it, but I can't help but feel it may be too soon for us to be in the CL yet. Having to go through the qualifiers could really screw up the summer transfers. I am sure we have plans in place for who we had expected to go for but if we have the chance of CL these plans may be at best, put on ice, leaving with late signings, missing pre season and possibly missing out on the players we have earmarked as someone else snaps them up Also, if we do make it in, the players, especially any new signings, will be much more likely to leave next summer if we don't repeat the feat and get in every year. I am over the moon that we have Europe to look forward to next season and I will not be turning my nose up if it is 'only' the Europe League. -
The sound after that goal, I still think its the loudest crowd I have ever been in.

So out of every single British player over 23 she selects Catts, and Craig Gordon 'narrowly misses out'

Was it really just last season we played that long run of games with Ameobi and Lovenkrands our only options? -

Wasn't that what caused the problem with Wolves ? Absolutley, I am just saying you can see how it should work in theory with the passing, pace and movement we have. -

I really hope we don't, but I can understand the temptation to sit back now and hit them on the break. -

Our home page on BBC Sport has the main article saying Martin Atkinson is the 4th official on Saturday. The picture is the "Ghost Goal" from the Chelsea Spurs game and it actually looks over the line. First I had seen from this angle. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united

Not a player, but Harry Redknapp. -
What's the "Right to Play" all about under the Chelsea numbers?

That was the end of last season so some quick maths makes this I think: 1 Manchester United 20 1522 2 Arsenal 20 1437 3 Chelsea 20 1388 4 Liverpool 20 1231 5 Aston Villa 20 1084 6 Tottenham Hotspur 20 1061 7 Everton 20 1018 8 Newcastle United 18 1002 9 Blackburn Rovers 18 967 10 West Ham United 17 880

Wikipedia isn't up to date but I am amazed Villa are ahead of Tottenham.
