Newcastle United vs. Man City - 15/12/12 @ 12:45pm (Live on Sky Sports 2)

A team set up for damage limitation. Not going to make for good viewing. No intent from Pardew to try and win the game - aiming to win a point at best, or keep the score down. -
The Jimmy Saville/Cattermole song needs to stop. Poor taste and very wrong, IMO. Can someone not have a word with the charvas who go to away game?

Helluva result for Bradford! Wenger under more pressure?

Our performance was 'patchy' to say the least, last night. Another slow start that got punished and whilst the tempo did pick up - more often than not, the passing and first touch were not good enough. Much work ahead, and save QPR the weekend after next, it's hard to see where the next point could come from before January. Will say it again - paying the price for Ashley's gamble not to invest in the summer. -
Gerrard og 2-1.

Glen Johnson 1-0

Much better performance, shape and passing last night. It's nice to have a good feeling, the morning after a win - had almost forgotten what it felt like. -
Newcastle United vs. Wigan Athletic - 03/12/2012 @ 8pm (Sky Sports 1)

I'm at work, but will be hoping to tune in and watch. Failing that, recording the match so will try and stay out of communication until I can watch, tomorrow morning! -
It will end up with them pleading with the working-class fans to come back, once the middle class and prawn sandwich brigade find something else to do. I remember in the 80's and early 90's, when Serie A was the place to go. World class players on high wages and the envy of all. Now look at it - dwindling crowds, struggling to compete with the Bundasliga, La Liga who lag way behind the PL when it comes to wages and cash.
-
English football sold it's soul a long time ago and eventually, it will come back to bite the FA and the PL on the backside.

Quoted for the truth.

Alan Green asking how much trouble us and the mackems are in now, on 606.
-
Ashley won't be bothered - as long as we avoid relegation so the TV money keeps on rolling in.
-
Sounds like the mackems are all over Norwich here. Just a matter of time before the equalizer?
-
Sounds like Kilgannon has just missed a sitter after a Gardener free-kick smashed the bar.
-
Gardener makes it 2-1.

It's all very well laughing at Sunderland, but if we lose to Wigan tomorrow night - we are as deep in it as they are.

Took the piss out of people saying something like this, but today listening him pre match I felt it for the first time since he left. All down to the mess were in of course. I think if was in charge of us with the same players as Pardew has we would be seeing some great football. A good man, good manager as its turning out. Just watching Norwich play makes what Pardew says and serves up look even shitter. Agreed. Hughton was shabbily dealt with be Ashley and Llambiarse. Aye he was, also looking at him now it just shows how poor judges of character and ability them two are. Both of their sum of football knowledge could very easily be written on the back of a postage stamp, with space to spare.
