honestly can't see how he's going to get it. Easy - TV Money, Merchandising, Season Ticket Sales, etc. As long as the cash keeps rolling in (and we stay in the PL), he can take it out when he likes. I'm gonna make a predication - Ashley has a buyer lined up next summer, but that deal will be dependent on staying up. Any new owner may well want to bring in their own man, hence Hughton not being given a new deal and who would be willing to work as a no.2 for a manager who is in limbo? Of course, it's just personal speculation on my part but this is NUFC and Mike Ashley we are talking about.

Natural talent and flair is being coached out of kids at the moment - it's all about power and athleticism. Add to that, kids shouldn't play on a full-size pitch until they are 13-14 and you have another reason. The coaching and academy system in this country needs a complete overhaul in terms of it's thinking and how to produce quality players.

Hughton has been badly let down by the players in recent weeks, in terms of performances and discipline. Time to earn his money now and sort the feckers out. That said, he has to stop making the same tactical mistakes as well, or come January - the pressure will be on Ashley to replace him. And who will that mean? JFK.

Ameobi just doesn't look fit at all - most definitely carrying an injury over the last few weeks. Hughton has a job on now and must surely convince Ashley to relax the purse strings for the transfer window.
