  1. KK reckons he's only a week off full fitness. Bonus.
  2. I think this but we are so fragile in terms of confidence, Sunderland know they've got nothing to lose, we have everything. I worry about that. I can see a draw or a close win for either side, but it just depends on what kind of form we take into the game. If we have managed to bag a win or two i think we'd beat them, if were still win less then i fear for the result.
  3. You think they can run and have the ball on the deck at the same time? Jesus.
  4. What an absolute twat. Fuk off, no way!?!?!
  5. Fuking greatest knee-jerk in football is Blatter. What a total twat. Can't wait till the prick fuks off.
  6. I'd hate to see what NE5 has seen as a toon fan, i really would. I doubt i'd be a football fan right now, i think i would have given up. No wonder he rates the FS reign, in comparison it was living a life of luxury, however, it doesn't mean that he got a lot of things wrong in his time, for me he wasted some great chances to move the club even further forward, but in the end we stayed the same, only racking up a mountain of debts. NE5 is right though, the current regime has a lot to do to achieve what he did. CL football again, that's going to be mighty tough, even more so after a shaky start.

  8. Edgar should have been loaned out this season, but instead the club shows its inability to handle a young career.

    Who is better?

Why hasn't he won as much then? Because Fergies had longer and Wenger has had stiff competition all the way through, some years it was a given Manu were to win the title at least, for Wenger he's had to break a dominant force that was backed my massive financial clout. He's done a great job. Wenger is far superior, but its a great debate though. Bit harsh on Fergie that like. Let us not remember it was some 20 odd years previous that Man Utd had won the league to him taking over, and him making the team one of the most dominant in English football history. Don't forget Wenger has to wrestle that dominant force while making his name. Fergie had nothing fighting him, we put up one of his biggest fights and we were a recently promoted club. Fergie has had it easy imo. What a load of rubbish. What you describe about Wenger is basically exactly what Ferguson had to do when he arrived at Man Utd - i.e. wrestle dominance away from Arsenal and, more particularly Liverpool. Liverpool shot themselves in the foot with poor appointments, their downfall was their own, not because of Manu's dominance. Job made very easy. Ok then, how come they're still the dominant force in English football? http://www.biblehelp.org/images/stacks%20of%20money.jpg http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/whys_worldcup/images/jeff_winter.jpg http://artfiles.art.com/images/-/Money-Print-C10055084.jpeg http://news.bbc.co.uk/media/images/39204000/jpg/_39204177_david_ellery_150.jpg http://www.loc.gov/rr/business/images/money2_3b38767r.jpg http://www.hoax-slayer.com/images/mexico-drug-money2.jpg http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/04_03/ManUtdTourBecks_468x262.jpg http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/07_02/money250707AP_468x338.jpg http://www.mymoneytalks.co.uk/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/ist2_743827_english_money_background.jpg http://www.literacytrust.org.uk/Football/Images/The%20FA.JPG

  14. Fuck me, he hasn't played much. That is quite a weak history. Fingers crossed he was late developer.

You have to admire the football that they play and how they rarely, if ever, succumb to playing the type of football that every other team does in Europe (including Man Utd). Wenger's stuck to his guns and it's finally started to work. Yeah. I like that fact in the modern game he's able to change his entire squad and gamble on youth and still bring out a CL qualifying team every season. Some of the players he's lost. I mean we lose one (Shearer) and we fall apart. Fergie struggles to replace. He hit lucky with Ronaldo thanks to SBR more than anyone, but really so much money has been thrown at his manu team over the years how could he fail?
  16. Possible, even more so now. Ancelotti has been on thin ice for a while now. Poor Sheva if that happens, no return for him.
  17. Another Maldini? Its mad to think Paolo has been playing in the Milan 1st team since i was 3. I heard his son was in the academy and his shirt was going to be retired unless his son made it and its his. I guess his son will have his own kids by the time PM retires.
