  1. Think people are being overly cynical (and I’m the most cynical person I know) and missing the point in that football is uniting against SM for the 1st time. This Is hopefully the start and will pressure SM platforms in to taking more action. If not expect more protesting and continued pressure.
  2. Maybe arbitration went really well and they are clear to buy the club, and have been for some time.
  3. Must be the eternal pessimist in be but even knowing he’s a wum I can’t help think he has heard something and it isn’t good news for us. If the last week hasn’t moved us closer then nothing will. The longer this goes on the more chance the news will be bad for us imo.

Mind its copies well in to the new forum
  5. We should be looking to finish about Southampton. One on paper win for them against Fulham at home, rest are tricky.
  6. So a Netflix style subscription but for football......SkyNet, anyone? Was only a matter of time before it took over the world.
  7. I’m hoping we put a few nasty unchallenged tackles in on these cunts.
  8. Remember when burglars broke in to big duncs house and one of them had to have their jaw wired. The man is an absolute gent and an animal at the same time. I also remember frightening keane after he took him out.
  9. Did the spuds fans protest, or was it just fans of every other club?
  10. Abusive partner promises they won’t do it again, after doing it again.
  11. Nothing to lose. This sorry episode has provided a load more ammunition for our legal team, I don’t know how the PL can keep a straight face in regards to their members acting like spoilt brats calling all of their previous testing in to question. These 6 nearly killed their league and would have if public opinion wasn’t so against it. The PL need to do everything they can to rebalance the power away from these 6, bringing in a competitor would be a nice way to start to show who really is in charge.
  12. They didn’t kill the league, but it was still attempted murder and they need to be charged as such. Anything else gives them full licence to try it again. I don’t mind if it’s specifically people punished, but it has to be full lifetime bans from running/owning a club. Getting rid of levy, glazers, abramovic and the cunt from Liverpool would be a great statement that the odt is fit for purpose and ongoing, not just as you get the foot in the door. it won’t happen though. Shame.

    Sunderland

Didn’t realise they were playing. At least they’ve stopped the losing streak. Looks like Charlton are sharpening their knives and coming in to form at the right time.
  14. Well if you don't nip treason in the bud, eventually it'll wrap its vines around your neck. PL/UEFA- you've been warned.
  15. When you stand him next to Pickford of what he could have been.
  16. Apart from the last 48hrs being the most entertaining thing to not only happen in football in the last 2 years, but in the world, it really has brought out the best of the forum and a lot of the split we've seen from the takeover, vanish. It'll be back tomorrow, or as soon as this is chippy wrapping, so enjoy the moment where the entire forum was on the same page, not arguing and united. It won't happen again
  17. A price so high it could possibly leave the atmosphere
  18. Nope, odt has never been discussed on this forum before.
  19. Tbf, they might just do so. Easy win for votes to stop this ever happening again and it diverts attention for a bit from the usual Tory backhanders/COVID handling/brexit fuckup... Also football keeps the masses happy, usually in pubs spending money keeping out the way.
