That would be a stroke of luck. Hope he doesn't make it. -

What a shit lineup, and it's our best. Ffs. -
Has he got more goals than our entire team so far?
-
Watford look really good this season , the fuckers. Mawson looking like a liability.

I never understood or really forgave KK for leaving us with Ashely, then suing ‘us’ but see it clear as day now. I still wish he took them on Rafa style, maybe we would have been rid of him by now.

1 defeat since 1984. Never in the world. Was that pardew against us as well? Must be scarred deep from that alone. Aye, will be. McClaren tried to attack them from the off (even though the mackems just the week prior had basically played out a guide to how to beat Crystal Palace during their Pardew bounce) and ended up getting hammered 5-1. Ugh. One of the lowest points in recent history for me, that. -
But they are small time. Always have been and his mentality fits them perfectly. I do though think that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. His small time attitude will stabilise the club and possibly move it forward, but they’ll never be a premier league outfit under him, but I don’t think that’s his ambition, he wants to stop the rot, get them competing in the championship and hope the crowds sell the potential of the club to another buyer. He’ll make a small fortune off them considering what he paid.

Probably go with the same gameplan as we have been, contain, frustrate and keep our shape. Then attack in the later spells of the game hoping for a winner. If we were at home I'd want us to be more forward thinking, but can't seem to remember this fixture being kind to us, ever. -
White underage girls for locals only!

Again agreed. It just builds up hope and in turn the crowds will keep turning the screws. It certainly won't stop them.
-
Reeks even more of Bishop then. They're absolutely desperate for this to blow over. Either way, there's either something in it or if it's bullshit there's a reason they feel the need to put these things out, it's all good. Agreed
-
My opinion also. Hope I'm wrong. A year later and nothing has made me change that thought.

I personally think its all coming to an end, I expected this either way, whether he's just taking the piss or is intent on selling. I do believe the pressure from the fans, our performance on the pitch so far and external pressures from sd are getting to him. He's better off without us. We've done our bit in terms of being an advertisiment whore for his tat empire, we only bring negative association now, it's mot worth it. Keep up damaging his brand, he doesn't like it.

Rafa has been a cult on here for some time. It’s a combination of our situation and his ability which in light of the situation is incredible he’s still here (so all situation really) He’d be under far more scrutiny if we had a proper owner I’m sure, but it seems you can’t say anything negative as all you’ll get is that it’s the situation and Ashley is to blame...which is hard to argue with as he has created it, but sometimes you can do more with the hand you’ve been dealt rather than just keep blaming the dealer. Rafa has been screwed left right and centre any fool should know and see it. I get the 'just keep blaming the dealer' argument, and the obvious and perfectly correct his squad isn't good enough because of Ashley, so what can he do. My point and i reckon others on here is, even if Rafa had spent £100m i would still comment on a sub, the timing of one or a certain tactic or approach, a poor starting pick etc as that's football. And what i love to talk about, scrutinise and study more than anything else. Can’t argue with any of that.

People like geordiedean get slated by most for their over-the-top, invariably negative, contextless, hyper-reactive posts. It's a bit absurd to call it a cult of Rafa for attacking people like him. Some on here really seem to get off on heroic victim complexes. GD is on the other side of the wing with crumpy. It’s the middle ground I’m personally looking for. IT feels like brexit vs remain, you must take a side. when the truth is although brexit is horrifically bad, there are one or two things to be said in favour of it (somewhere I’m sure). Just like Rafa isn’t always right, it’s ok to think that and point it out. It’s not all black and white, however this place has always been the same, it’s hard to have an opinion that doesn’t match the majority.

Not only should he sell up here but he should cash in on sports direct as well. Mid 50s, what's the point? Go enjoy your £1.5bn on a nice tropical island away from all this shit. Keep 5% of SD for your families future.

He's just driving the price of the club down
