Mort vows to splash the cash Newcastle chairman Chris Mort has promised to back Kevin Keegan in the transfer market this summer. Mort, along with Magpies owner Mike Ashley, have already sanctioned the manager's recruitment plans by promising to bring big names to Tyneside.
