Amen Yep, I hope so too. I think there are managers around with so many different philosophies on the game, that the sport will be OK. There is still a place for a classy defender, imo, they don't all have to be 6'6" hoofers (I know Rozehnal has done his best to prove me wrong on this, like), just as there is a place for a slower, more skillful forward, as long as a manager can use him effectively.

A lot of it is impact damage, even more so if you get a good few whacks every match. I'm sure almost every player picks up knocks and minor injuries every match that need time to heal before they can play again.
