I didn't understand it. Is he saying he knows all the Stan Seymour Snr stuff, but nowt about, say, Kenny Dalglish?

Might watch the NUFC history dvd today. Bone up, just in case.

Give me strength. Do you know anything about the club you supports history? You'll be asking who Jackie Milburn and Joe Harvey were next. Bit mean. Not everybody can be a grumpy auld sod.

Stick Beye in the centre, Chimbonda on the right. I'd be happy.

Just heard from a Spud mate of mine that he reckons it's a done deal. It's not ITK, or anything, so might well be rubbish.
  6. I'm actually laughing listening to that, sorry At least you've actually done some original composition unlike my cut-edit-paste job! Listening back to it, I think it has a touch of class, tbh.
  7. Christ. I've come up with some proper shit here: http://rapidshare.com/files/86241851/glorious.mp3.html What a load of shite.
  8. Aye, he just has to grin and bear it, poor fucker.
  9. Maybe the poll should be reset so people can reconsider now that it's been made clear.

A few years back, I would've taken him without a second thought. The past couple of seasons, though, he's looked poor and actually quite slow and unfit.
  11. That's would someone told me about Bilyl Joel's Stranger, and that's shite.
  12. 'Cockneys' in the true derogatory sense as used by Geordies means anyone from London. Obviously. I don't think it's specific to this forum.
  13. Don't know about anyone else, but he's easily the best defender I've ever seen in black and white. While I wouldn't break the bank for him, £5m or so seems reasonable to me.
  14. How 'bout we put you in there you c*** muscle and see how you do. Jenas is the goldenFISH dont forget boiee! What?
  15. I'm not convinced Jenas could do much to help us at the minute. He needs players around him playing well or else he just sinks into invisibility. He's like an anti-Gerrard.
  16. I think it's because no one really knows what they're voting on! I'm sure most people 'like' Beardsley more, even if they think Gazza was the better player.
  17. An Arsenal-supporting mate of mine seemed to think he was a midfielder.
  18. They are a lot like us, which is probably why we hate them. Just like the Germans.
  19. .com reckons the new lad, Kadar, had a good game. Good to hear.
  20. So are you saying Gazza was just all skill and no end product? No, not at all. I just don't think he had the mentality of a professional sportsmen and, as such, only achieved a percentage of what he could've. I'm a Gazza fan, but I don't admire him like I do Pedro. Can't go along with that. Longevity shouldn't be a concern. The question is, when both players were on the pitch for 90 minutes, who could do more in that game? It's undoubtedly Gascoigne. His wife beating, drunken, psycholgically unbalanced, drug addled state of mind doesn't come into it. It's like saying The Clash are better than The Sex Pistols because they have a larger back catalogue. The Sex Pistols' one album is better than anything from The Clash. Both are good, but the Pistols defined the period. Well, you're wrong about that an' all.
  21. Christopher Samba, John Carew and Bouba Diop, I reckon.
  22. The press can stick it up their arses, they really can. Every 'pragmatic' appointment we've made has turned us into the place where football goes to die.
  23. So are you saying Gazza was just all skill and no end product? No, not at all. I just don't think he had the mentality of a professional sportsmen and, as such, only achieved a percentage of what he could've. I'm a Gazza fan, but I don't admire him like I do Pedro.
  24. I wouldn't even agree that Beardsley did more with the time he had... Club and Country Gascoigne FA Cup, 1991 Scottish League Championship, 1996 and 1997 Scottish Cup, 1996 Scottish League Cup, 1997 Beardsley Football League First Division 1987/88 and 1989/90 FA Cup 1988/89 Charity Shield 1988/89, 1989/90 and 1990/91 Football League Second Division 1998/99 FYP.
  25. Tbh, I'd absolutely love to see Sven making wanker signs at the away fan.
