It's stands to reason that a player can only perform to his best over a limited number of games per week. You can't tell me a player is going to perform at the same level if he's playing every night to the same player playing only once a week?

The wages are too high, I think. The only way clubs can pay them is through massive debt, howking up prices, etc. I don't think it's sustainable.

It's wrong to focus on individual players and say their wages are obscene as if it's their fault. Salaries are ridiculous but the focus needs to be on the clubs.

Dunno what they're doing with that building specifically but they're redeveloping that whole Pilgrim St area soon, it fucking needs it as well, it's a shithole down there. The fire station is closed now in preparation. Aye, I have my fears about that, but Pilgrim Street is such a shithole they probably couldn't make it any worse.
