Me too, but even by looking at the public information some players share you can see that some of them don't care about medals, etc.
Obviously the natural scenario is that more success earns clubs more money which, in turn, allows you to pay higher salaries but you only have to look at the likes of Eto'o, Gyan, Hulk, etc to see that money is more important.
