at what point will man united become a hex to managers?
-
Looks like Jacob was in the middle of a walk thru, on a call and said "hey take a photo of me" and then went on with his day....probably didn't expect the bloody club to post it today

Who’s got enough courage to go tell him he can’t?

need to find a grumpy old man meme and insert it here.

People should be able to do whatever they want with their money, buy the kit, don't buy the kit, etc. the base line thought here is the club are doing better in merchandising, there are a ton more B&W kitted up, Toon badged up people out there now than before and for that, we should just enjoy that.

Eddie has orchestrated 7 wins in a row, and people still have to try and give him a slight dig about speaking about wanting to maybe keep Dubz in the face of PSR reasons.

Would like to see them do their rank set piece organized dance without blatantly fouling. see how successful it is after that. I'm all for unique innovations but their stuff is fucking atrocious.

Gordon doesn't need the press to randomly latch on to this like they would normally do to anything good we do and turn this into a negative.

fucking OMG

All these climbs whinge about NUFC whilst signing players as they see fit

the forensic analysis is doing my head in

the auto N-O online answer. Its always got some rooted PSR angle and that we've got to be better sellers. We still have a season to play with 3 competitions we're in FFS.

For context, in the official club video interview after he said he didn't want for it to look like he was being disrespectful, that Henry was an idol of his and he wanted to do the celebration at his ground as a nod to him.

Reverse jinx was brilliant.

Love BDB. Pure class on and off the pitch.

There is nothing over the top about the praise he’s getting now and people not wanting him to go at this point in January when (1) We have no real clue when Pope will be back (2) Lack of confidence in goalies 3, 4, 5 in our pecking order (3) Martin’s performances since he has come in have been good and (4) his ball playing ability has been immense. I am 100% supportive of him moving on and wish him the best, but I do not want to do so without a competent #2 signed / loaned in who can step right into the team now or someone who is the future #1. Press reports have said the fee would be nominal, so I don’t find this to be a PSR master stroke (unless the fee is sizable). We are at a very crucial part of our season right now. Wishful thinking time, but if this is a Saudi club who are in for him, I’d like to think they can get a call from our Saudi ownership to work out a better deal here for us w/r/t timing of the sale.

Still amazing to me that he was a left sided wide forward, signed to be a #9 to this midfield all-action dynamo now. His tactical awareness and execution coupled with his commitment, engine, strength and workrate are just second to none. He’s one of the best in the world at doing exactly what he does - he’s this hybrid player who seemingly has a different role at different areas of the pitch. Can tuck in as a wide defending fullback (see Spurs), can cover big men on corners, recovery tackles, hold up play, interchanging with a LCM as a wide forward, box to box midfielder, ball carrier…just unreal.

Saliba, like Virgil, rarely gets beaten for skill 1 v 1 with an attacker; well - Alex has another scalp.
-
I acquired it, only because I really do not want to wear my classic football shirt purchase with Shearer #9 on it (its in great condition) but I plan on getting it properly framed and hung in my office now.
-
Not sure a nominal fee makes any sense at this point. We’re charging up the table, and within a leg away from Wembley with our current first choice injured.
-
Speechless. Unreal.

I am def thinking the same.
