  1. The worst part about that article are words like "considering" and "impressed" like they are still fucking pondering if keeping a world class manager is a good idea and that they are impressed or surprised in the manner in which he's going about trying to keep this club up. There isn't another answer here, the solution is hire Rafa long-term, give him whatever he wants, and let him rebuild the club. He says he wants X staff or this rebuilt or that scout or etc. they go and get it fucking done.
  2. I'd have an over the hill Jonas over the cowards we've seen turn up on the pitch for us.
  3. Jonas is a legend; his character, passion, attitude, leadership. Brilliant. His tweets are amazing.
  4. Disgusting statement by the club; they are so fucking shambolic. No doubt I bet has Rafa cringing seeing that.
  5. Loved just wrecking teams week in and out.
  6. If Rafa stays, I couldn't give a single f*** who he decides to keep or get rid of - that includes the likes of Mitro and Perez. He's had and will continue to have my full 100% trust and support.
  7. Might be big but has never used to his advantage, hes soft as f***. He definitely has at full back the last few games When he's giving a shit, he's easily just got to use his body to get in front of the player and as soon as the ball gets moved by him just fucking get between it - when he does that he's quite brilliant. Rarely does it of course, but like triggs has said - he did it at fullback last few matches.
  8. that moment you have no idea if Disco is being sarcastic or not.
  9. He played all over the pitch for PSV, did Gini, that's why it's so frustrating to see how look so anon for us and not impose himself; that PSV team was built around him and he was excellent on both ends of the pitch. His desire, heart, and drive was what made him so good for PSV and be the Dutch player of the year; and that's the player we saw more in the beginning of the season than what we've now seen...he's not giving the effort at all.
  10. Odd given what he's known to have said, the drive and hunger from his PSV days and looking to break into the national fold; seems like a ton went out the window for him when the Dutch were eliminated from the Euros. FFS he was Dutch player of the year and the player who played versus Southampton and the Norwich 4 goal match, there's a fantastic footballer in there when his heart matches his talent; unfortunately for us he hasn't put in the gut busting performances in an ages...such a shame and a waste. I thought I was witnessing a future world class potential footballer play for us.
  11. Was good player his first season and the euros season when fit FYI. Injuries wrecked him.

  17. The wrong decision is generally our norm.

    Chancel Mbemba

All the stuff he looked good at prior (strong sliding tackles, relatively good passing, pace/recovery, calm in possession) are all things I can't say he's been able to execute since coming back from injury. He's potentially a great player, but needs time.
  19. I'd rather see Sissoko play his central box to box role and play Wijnaldum wide left or right opposite Perez or Townsend. Mitro up top. Siem de Jong playing #10 role and pair Sissoko with Shelvey or Tiote. If Sissoko is anywhere else then it's LB if Dummett isnt fit.
  20. Pair him with Lascelles and play Mbemba as RB.
  21. Regarding 2001-2002 team...Had Bellamy and Dyer stayed fit that season we probably would have been higher up the table come year-end but let's be honest with ourselves here, we beat Arsenal at Highbury and went top of the table, and they turn that around with never losing again that season and out of 20 matches, won something like all but 2 or 3. Looking a the 2002-2003 team...same difference, injuries destroyed us but when we had a bit of steam and momentum (just beat Chelsea at home) we followed it up by losing to Boro and then going on a 3 match loss streak to Everton, Fulham and Man Utd 6-2 at home. Leicester's been fucking so lucky with injuries this year and the Arsenal and Man Utd and Newcastle of those years would have beaten this Leicester side IMO. Those CBs of Leceister would have not have been able to handle Henry, Shearer or Van Nistelrooy IMO.
