Javier Manquillo (now playing for Celta de Vigo)

Aye, the best fullback at our club is still Paully D. I like Dummett but that is dreadful like. -
Still wish he would look for simple passes more often.

Agreed, those should be red cards. Intentionally stopping counter-attacks when not even trying to go for the ball. The issue with Arter's - with the rules as they are - is that he's kicked him shin/knee high - no attempt made for the ball - from behind. That's dangerous and a red even by today's rules. Based on the rules, I can understand pulling back from the shoulders just being yellow. But sliding from behind and kneecapping someone to stop a counter is too far. If facing head on a player running at you, you can't just kick their shins/knee to stop them and not get a red. From behind is even worse but most refs let it slide.

Prime Bolasie was much better than anything we have. Maybe the injury has done him.

Think Messi’s too consistent in league play, could definitely see them winning the CL though Aye look how good Real and Atletico have been the last 10 years. I think Real have gone to the CL semi's 8 years in a row. Between Atleti and Real, they've taken the league off Barca a combined 3 times in that period iirc. And when Barca haven't won it, they've pushed the others pretty close. One of the few times Mole is talking sense he's copying my post.

I’ve calmed down a bit now but this was without a doubt one of the all time bad performances in the Premier League. A game statistically that bad is extremely rare so you can see why this was justified. Jesus thats some nonsense youre spouting. Aye he was crap yesterday, but flair players like Kenedy are going to have crap games. They're going to have gmaes where nothing goes right, they're off the pace and they cant produce. Thats the way it goes, especially with inexperienced players. After his performance and the free kick just before, he should have been nowhere near the pen. You could see his head was gone. Im not sure why he was taking it anyway. Aside from that, I still think hes one of our best players. So much so that I dont think we'll be able to afford him next season. He's still raw, but he's got a lot about him. I dont agree that he's 'selfish or greedy' either, its just a case of running himself into trouble and not realizing the ball quick enough, but that'll come as he gets better. Not making a successful pass in a whole half of football is some shit like.

A bad a performance you will see in Some time. Mind you Hayden were terrible too.

Of course they can. But Barcelona are pretty surgical in the league. Always get 85 points. I don't think Iniesta is as a big a loss as it sounds. This convo about Ramos taking penalties is showing their ignorance. He's been second choice penalty taker for a number of years. He was on freekicks the year they won La Decima after they won the semi's and pretty much rested Ronaldo until the final.

No way is anyone saving the 3rd. With Zizou.... this doesn't slip mind. Florentino needs to open the purse man. Went from James not making the bench to bringing on Mayoral.

Scoring is the hardest thing to do in football tbf. I do think GK's are becoming increasingly scrutinised. Doesn't help that few of them are pundits.

Disappointed in him.

Pogba was MOTM imo.

Leicester all tippy tappy. Rarely look to get Kelechi on the ball.

Full on Sports Direct Boycott. Protests outside. Love it.

I’m glad people are finally really ready to go at Ashley. If we had the Ashley out campaign instead of Pardew out, we would be in a better position

Dwight Gayle (now playing for Hibernian)

A shame he's leaving imo. I don't think Rondon is an upgrade. Hope he does well. Seems a nice lad. -
But you're doing it because you have no money but I'm not sure why they're doing it. They're very strong financially. Based on nothing - feels like Fergie era "no value in the market" and they keep winning. Hazard is over-priced. Feel like they felt Allison was over-priced. Courtois they'll get for sensibleish money. Might be saving their chips for a Neymar move next season or the emergence of another Mbappe.

How often do players legs suddenly just "go"? It's an upgrade on Paulinho on paper. Feel like Real have made a profit on transfers for a number of years in a row. Maybe it isn't true but it feels like they haven't splashed the major cash in some time. They're doing a good job of picking up really talented youngsters. That Brazilian lad looks a baller.
