  1. In the opening 30 minutes he was the poorest player on the pitch. Lost all his duels & 1v1's.
  2. Play. to. the. whistle. you. cunt. harry.
  3. Exactly. Bale/Ronaldo are some of the most lean footballers around. They just have good muscle mass. Hatem's just a bit soft.
  4. Honestly, Sherwood comes across as a despicable cunt. Hope he fails.
  5. Those are his best playersd.
  6. He played there for France before he joined us and he came off the bench to play RW in the first leg of the play-off. He'll be okay.
  7. The Santon walk back while the other team attacks his side is atrocious. Happens at least once every single match. It's better now we are more compact but when he pushes on he walks/jogs slowly back. Infuriating.
  8. The universally accepted flop of an 18 year old? Never. He scored 3 goals in 4 starts for them. As a left back at that. It took him plenty of starts before they managed to win a match he was involved in but a massive flop never good enough for Spurs? Get to f***. They tried to flog him to Birmingham but they pulled out last minute due to funds. Was definitely looking at one point like his days could be numbered for Spurs. Bale changed physically and added athleticism and power to his game. He was always very athletic but he added real power to his game and physique aye.

In any case.. he would've been what 19/20 when this happened? He also spent a lot of that time injured. I personally would never take a football pundit/fan seriously if they said xxx 19 year old is a complete flop.
  10. The universally accepted flop of an 18 year old? Never. He scored 3 goals in 4 starts for them. As a left back at that. It took him plenty of starts before they managed to win a match he was involved in but a massive flop never good enough for Spurs? Get to fuck. He hasn't proven consistently that he has the same level of ability as Bale. Bale scored more goals last season than Hatem has in 5 years. What planet are you living on? He's more Nani than Bale. Loads of untapped ability that has meant he sits on the bench while more consistent, team based players get playing time.
  11. Like they did the season before AVB joined? They didn't finish above fourth. My bad. They really should have that season.
  12. Reading some of these posts you would think this was Gareth Bale or someone.
  13. I don't think so. He's genuinely naive tactically. He's done enough in his career to suggest that isn't the case. Think it might be getting on top of him a bit in the premier league. But he really hasn't. Going undefeated in the league was a great achievement but the Portuguese especially in that season is pretty weak. He's made some of the same mistakes time & time again.
  14. Only cooler than cool fans like him. He generally comes across as arrogant.
  15. People are way to blind though, there's some on here who will defend Pardew to death and then criticize other managers who clearly have more to them than him. I don't think he's done a great job, but you don't give a manager that much money and give him 4months. They're only five points behind City, and I'd say only getting Soldado to work from competing for top four. They're ahead of Man U, I get that his football hasn't been working, but I'm pretty sure he's had the most change in a side this season. Chadli, Lamela, Soldado, Paulinho, Capoue all need time to settle. Had it not been for Eriksson, Paulinho and Krul they'd be on a safe 30p already. Like I said, I understand the decision in a way, I just wouldn't have done the same. Like you say, it's about the football. Even when they where picking up decent results they where mumbles about the football. It looks like he doesn't know what he's doing. They've played this season like a side that sold their one man team. Even last season, Bale aside they simply did not impress me. They looked solid enough at the back but otherwise they had Bale win them at least 12 points single handidly.
  16. Capello at least always knows his own mind and won't go from one extreme to another.
  17. I've watched Spurs probably more times outside Newcastle than any other team this season. If when they where flying high they looked very poor. For all of Rodgers BS you can see he has a plan and a vision. AVB is clueless.
