Was the diving that won him over.
Fucking blonde fella is horrible yet did a cool trick and also tried to get a penalty by diving. Definitely my favourite now.
Coutinho has been great, finally playing consistently well. Always been an excellent footballer ont he right day, but lately he's been consistent which is really important and should be the #2 guy for the national team at the moment.
Robinho, Elias and Souza Don't really mind the rest and do think that Diego Tardelli despite him playing China he deserves his spot at the moment the way he's played for the national team under Dunga.
He's a very good forward no doubt, and if he can keep himself fit he could have a very very good career maybe a golden ball at some point. But he'll need to win a World Cup before he's named in the same breath as the other guys. The Fat Ronaldo was done by his knee, otherwise I don't think we'd mention any other player ever as a better #9 than him. (Messi as a false-9 isn't a real #9 )
As if I was ranking them by any sorts of ability. Lua Lua was fucking hilarious man, loved him during his time here, had this swag about him as if he was anything special. Didn't he leave because he wanted more first team-appearances?
3 winners and 5 runners up in the last 10 years isn't bad.
Spain 4 times winners once runner up.
Italy 2 times winners once runner up.
Germany 2 times winners 3 times runner up.
Spain are much more successful in terms of Europa League too as well.
PL still isn't the best league in the world. Level has fallen every year for the past 5 years or so. That Chelsea side that won the CL was never even close to the Man U side that lost to Barcelona in the finals couple years earlier.
Best league in the world. So that's potentially only Chelsea left (who themselves were worse than PSG in the first leg and will have problems if they don't up themselves) and Everton who got an easy tie.
Amazing Miss that team, the team that got me to love this club. Players like Bellamy, Shearer, Solano, Robert, Dyer, Speed, Lua Lua and of course Sir Bobby. Amazing times, how much we've fallen since then
Harsh considering how he's been playing in 2015. Seen every game except their Europa League game and he's been quite impressive. Obviously doesn't look like a 9 goals in 4 game striker, but at the moment he's popping up at the right place at the right time and is involved. Still, De Bruyne has been the stand out perfomer in that team for me, been playing at a level I'd say is higher than Hazards.
It's over. Not a chance in hell they get anything in Spain.
Probably, but you never know with football. Tie is definitely not over imo. Concede like they did to Malaga and there might be trouble.
