You should do the awards and then the rest goes to the winner. Winner takes it all. Much more exciting that way. You're only doing that because you think you'll finish 2nd or 3rd Tayls. I guarantee you that I'll finish second last and still be infront of you. -
Of course.

Is it just me that rather be humiliated then lose a few 0-1s? Fucking hate 0-0 and 1-1s. Anything over 2.5goals satisfies me. Usually I bet on u2.5 just because I win money or get to watch goals

Can't believe my luck either. Brazil on Thursday on TV, then Spain v Netherlands live, then the weekend games on TV and then Germany v Portugal live monday. What a start to the World Cup. It's really a shame that there's not one scandinavian team. Hurts to see a team like Greece there, not a more boring national team out there. Would've enjoyed Denmark or Sween there. Maybe Norway if they still had Drillo

That whole day is for me. 4 games. 1PM (Brazilian time) until midnight there will be game on.

Fernandao, ex-Internacional player and big idol of Internacional when they won the Libertadores couple seasons back passed away in a tragic helicopter accident yesterday. Played 4 seasons in France for Marseille and Toulouse. Played one game for the national team as well. 36 years old, had just retired, way too young.

Fair enough, but France and Italy lost as important players before the World Cup as well. I'm just looking on the teams way to the semi-final and it's pretty clear that Argentina and Germany have somewhat an easier way than Spain and Brazil. I expect both of them to walk it to the semi-finals as I don't consider France or Belgium strong enough to beat the Jormans or Argies.

Absolutely, Reus for me is their best player with Ozil. Remember having the discussion on here that I find him better than Götze and not many agreed (when both were at Borussia). There's something about his games that I really enjoy. Doubt Germany have a chance of winning it now ? Reus is a very important player but just like if Messi, Neymar or Iniesta would break these teams have depth. Reus is injured and they can play Podolski/Klose/Schurrle/Draxler, which says a lot. At least in my opinion while they've definitely lost a key player I still think they are one of the top 4 favourites. I don't think any of those players are nearly as good as Reus although I haven't seen Draxler much. I just can't see them winning it I don't find them better either. It's just that I don't think it changes much fo the dynamic of the team. They still have Özil, Götze, Kroos + the four I mentioned to create and score. Reus is a huge miss, just like any key player would be to their team. I just don't think there's a team better than them on their route to a semi-final, hence top 4.

You've got to be kidding me. This is just a shame.

Brazil won World Cup Record and most unmarried women. Everything that matters.

Alright, thought Srna was more versatile than Vrsjalko. You must have a better left-back than Pranjic though? Was going to go to the game had Brazil not played earlier since I'm in Salvador. Saw bits of the first half, but like most friendlies there's just a lack of intensity and excitement. Yes, Strinić from Dnipro, but he is injured. Croatia have problem with left back from early 2000s, since Jarni retirement. Yeah, but I meant there must be someone who is not injured that is better than Pranjic.

Pranjic injured himself for Croatia. Don't know if it's a good or bad thing since he's not a very good left back and he's only playing there cause the one they have is out injured. Might see Srna there and Vrsjalko or however it's spelled on the right.

Well put, like I said since I don't live there I don't understand most of it, but he just comes across as if the Englishmen invented everything with football. It was the sport and it's rules that was invented but not everything that comes with it. Rest of the world perfected it. Remember that while it's a working class sport nowadays, it started out in many countries, one of them being Brazil, as a sport for only the rich elite.

The guy comes across as an asshole in my opinion. He seems unaware that football is a universal language and that most of the good things has originated somewhere and then spread. What's wrong with US fans wearing scarves and mimicking what others have done before? Didn't TIFO's start in Italy or such and now we see them all over the world? There's no balance in opinion, I mean what Portland Timbers does is absolutely pathetic, but I guess he appreciates the fact that they're doing it in their distinct way? In Brazil we have so many names for positions that I completely get lost at times, what's the problem with fullback or outside back? Who cares if Dempsey is given the nickname Deuce? In Brazil we have Hulk, Kaka etc. That whole article is cringeworthy at best and his calling of some fans as snob is basically what he is. If we all want our distinct ways to support we'd still have only women watching rich white people play while twisting their white tissue as some sort of support for the player in Brazil. *many of his points I don't know about since I don't live in the US.

Apparently didn't pull it. Apparently he got kneed or kicked there according to Scolari so nothing serious.

Atletico PR. their fans don't deserve it. Think Coritiba is rebuilding or at least modernizing their as well.
