I'd give Ranger a start. There's no point in not playing him, give him his first PL start and let him play. He's raw at the moment, and not playing him won't help him.

The thing with Andy Carroll is he has never done anything bad on-field. While Barton leaves most of it off-field he has a tendency to show his bad side on the field too which gets bad press for him. But he's not a dirty player, he doesn't lunge into tackles he's not doing that regularly as some players such as Henry, Cattermole, Huddlestone, even Fabregas sometimes is a dirty cunt. But he has to be smarter he knows he's going to be watched every second of every game he plays. It was stupid, he apologized now lets put this in the past and concentrate on Fulham at home.

Xisco is a proven bell-end that has already made it clear he wants nothing to do with the club, also he hasn't played in months so i really cannot see why you would call for his inclusion in a game like this. Ranger has looked good to me in the last few games and he has a future at NUFC so I see no reason why he should be omitted for a proven mercenary in Xisco. Routledge has been abysmal in his delivery this season and every other time he's played in the Premiership for a number of clubs, he's a Championship player, always has been. A Championship player who was more effective in 5 months than Jonas was in the entire season. Is he a Championship player? As for Xisco - Ranger debate. Been done to death.
