Other than an almost complete lack of tracking back he looks more of a threat than Jonas. Seriously, those criticising him need to truly compare the offensive side of Jonas's game with his. His movement is on the whole better and he has quicker feet. He's only had a few games to find those feet too as compared to Jonas.

The discussion was about Tiote's ability to distribute the ball under pressure. There's probably no team more effective at pressing up the pitch than Stoke. Ergo, Tiote will struggle and we'll probably lose.

Stoke will beat us without a shadow of a doubt.

'Cos Pardew is a coward? Don't know but that is one way to look at it, he seems to be favouring the players he is most familiar with and that have the most EPL exp, not the players that may have the skills for the job.

Pardew doesn't seem to know what to do with the players he's got atm. Any more 4-4-2's with Shola up front, jesus! We should have had 5 in the middle last night and that was glaringly obvious 20 minutes into the game. The players were there to do it as well. Marveaux would have worked. Ben Arfa can't come quick enough.

Definitely like to see Best and Ba get some solid game time together, think there's more potential for link up play there than any other combo of forwards we have atm. Wouldn't be so quick to give up on Obertan either, Jonas is the one I'd drop for Marveaux. But then again I wouldn't be playing 4-4-2 away from home.

I think that's exactly the type of game Nolan could have popped up with a goal in. And I was never a fan of Nolan.

Full backs aren't comfortable in possession so there is no point releasing it short to them especially when QPR were playing high pressure game. Wasn't really blaming Krul btw. Should have had more movement in front of him and players actively looking for the ball. He probably played to orders and with what was available to him.

And another thing, our hoofball and the majority of Krul's distribution was like an extra man for QPR. 90% of the time it was effectively giving possession away!
