It's what happens after the sale that makes people's opinion up. If we sold Cabaye and then for example straight away went and got Cabella/Grenier and another player in, I think people would accept it. Players move on for better clubs/bigger money, and clubs accept big offers all the time. Spurs managed to turn the negative of Bale going into a positive of loads of exciting players arriving initially, although it remains to be seen whether it was effective.
