  1. I think I know what you're getting at Blef and I don't like it. Not one bit.
  2. He's gone for his classic "collar different colour to the shirt" get-up tonight as well. Lineker, Hansen and Shearer is defo the BBC's A-Team these days. Big fan of Scottish Al as well.
  3. MOTD starting on BBC 1 now. Hansen and Shearer in the studio. Great times. I still always give the obligatory "SHEARERRRRR!" when Al's lovely mug comes onto the screen for the first time. Really, I do.
  4. Speculation about the master of gesticulation. Nothing solid in there at all.
  5. Some guff from Louise Taylor: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/mar/27/steven-taylor-andy-carroll-newcastle
  6. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/w/west_ham_utd/fixtures/default.stm Lazy fucker.
  7. Lampard with an assist now, fucking gash man.
  8. 2 penalties and a tap in. simply awesome Aye, because I'm basing that judgement on one game Hat-tricks in the PL against the second best defence in the division are a piece of piss like, I'm sorry.
  9. Lampard hat-trick, 4-1. He is outstanding.
  10. Bullard must be the most unappealing player in the Premier League, from a transfer perspective. He's English so he'll still cost an arm and a leg, he's hardly a nipper and he's - just - beyond a sicknote. Canny player on his day, and a funny fucker n'all (thanks Soccer AM), but he's done for. Could be anyone really. There's a fair few from Fulham i'd take in a heartbeat. Have heard a few rumblings down here that we've been sniffing around Jozy Altidore, who has had a few outstanding games recently. Villareal have an agreement with Hull to sell him for £6.5M to them at the end of the season, but if Hull go down then that obviously won't happen. Might be something in it after all, as looking around the rest of the line-ups there aren't too many others that fit the blueprint of the types of player we are looking to bring in. Altidore is certainly one who will only get better and is already pretty decent. If we go up, we really need to bring someone in who has a proven record of scoring in the Premier League. Gambling on someone like Altidore would make me nervous. A dependable goal scorer in the PL is a must. At Sunderland, Bent has been the difference between relegation and mid table obscurity. If Ashley wants to secure our PL survival, he should bite the bullet and splash out on Keane. Agree with the philosophy as well mate, our business over the summer is going to be very, very interesting indeed.
  11. First year in the PL, only 20 years old and playing for a very poor team are some excuses I'd venture for that. He has shown some glimpses of pure quality though and has been getting far better recently. I see Hull live a bit with living a 15 minute walk from the KC and he's one of the very few who stand out as having a bit of spark about them.

  13. 50 goals in 90 starts now from Carew. Not bad. He'd be fucking awesome if he was more consistent. He is a fantastic striker, love him.
  14. Wonder how many of Carew's goals Ashley Young has created?
  15. That's a wee nice start there, eh? Cardiff beat Palace as well
  16. Looking good from the online sales site, been keeping an eye on it since Thursday morning and loads have been sold, most areas now having "limited availability" or being "nearly sold out" and a fair few totally sold out.
  17. Speaking of Spurs, it's the first Saturday in ages I've been able to watch Football Fuckus and it's a right Spurs wankathon, beamed live from White Hart Lane. FML.
  18. If we have our recent strongest XI out on the field in a 4-4-2, then I am massively confident. We'll be bang up for it, night games at SJP are always electric and us at home versus them away is a complete mismatch.
