I put a quid on Ben back at Christmas, 250-1.

Both subs combining. Nice.

Pitching a tent right now. Lovenkrands must have a very decent goal ratio from games he has started up top, including last season as well perhaps.
-
Fuck that, go for the third!
-
Let's bum these clowns into the middle of next week man. Do it for the Tray.
-
I'd be reasonably happy with all of that. Be worried about us going all launchtastic though. Same team as Cardiff, with Colo in for Hall innit? HTL.

Think it's been shelved due to complaints from residents over the noise, etc. (not certain about this as I'm never home now). It was going to be industry as far as I aware, not houses. http://www.journallive.co.uk/safc/safc-news/2009/05/11/families-paying-the-price-for-tyne-s-recovery-61634-23590000/ Don't know the woman in the photo, but based on the view from her bedroom it appears she lives a couple of doors down from us.

as opposed to 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses in last 6 Aye, but theirs is 2/3/1 looked at like that, hardly any difference. I don't see anybody arguing that we're in "good form". However, we're top of the league and at home. Just amused at people using their "good form" as reason we might struggle against them - it's not a fucking excuse when they're a worse team with 1 point more than us from the last 6 games. This is before we even take into account who the games have been against...
-
Coventry are trollop, hopefully we'll attack them and get amongst them and win by two or three. Their "good form" equates to two wins and three draws in their last 5 games. Beating Forest 1-0 is hardly major news recently either as they are a team on the down.

No way can he complain about the fucking linesman! He gave two shocking calls against Villa in that second half. Fuck off Warnock.
-
Nice to see Pompey get a home draw like. Some good matches there.
-
Must be why its the highest ground in the country. Remember that for your next pub quiz! Was at the Hawthorns the other night, was very impressed by it. Lovely tight little ground, reminded me a bit of White Hart Lane.

I need 2 goals in the Fiorentina/Roma game or all my good work over the past couple of weeks will be for nought. Fiorentina have missed a fair few good chances like - and had a perfectly legit goal chalked off - I'm tearing my hair out. HT.

I think based on form he has to. Long way to go until the end of the season though. While some will go on name value ahead of form, he's one of the few players on the margin who need to keep performing at an eye-catching level to be certain of his place. If he does that, not only will he get on the plane he'll probably get some minutes on the pitch as well.

I reckon Milner could be one of those players who misses the final cut for tournament squads for the whole of his career. I didn't think he would have a sniff if you'd asked me at the start of the season, but Capello seems to rate him very highly. If his form in this second half of the season is anywhere near how he played in the first then I think he'll go. A lot depends on fitness of other as well, as is always the case of course.
-
Walcott, Beckham, Lennon and Joe Cole for me. Milner could still go in place of an extra striker, as well.

The Man Utd 4-3 in 2001/02. Was the last season before I got my first season ticket ticket as I was still a youngster, but it really galled me that I wasn't there as I listened to it all unfold on Metro FM.
-
Best was offside then, anyway. Agree he should have still found the net, although that's easy to say from my couch.
-
Huzzah. Some very nice bits and bobs in there, Lovenkrands' second was a right little peach. Cross from Simpson for Carroll's second looked class.
-
Where the fuck are the goals man? SSN boils my piss.

I meant 2+ goals, sorry. What a doylum.
