Being shite at his job and a cunt is probably worse for his prospects tbf

I'd like Gallagher here. Just coming up 23 and has already shown he can do it to a very high standard in the PL. Think he'd surprise a few (in a good way) if he joined.
-
Aye, calf problem.
-
It deserved that level of contempt, to be fair.

Diame.

Still reckon “Fabian, Fabian Schär, everyone knows his name” would do the trick. Ties him nicely to Albert, too, as a classy continental defender that’s a handsome bastard to boot.
-
No way he’d abandon ship in the battle they’re in, surely? Especially when they’re turning the corner and he’s their main man.
-
Does Willock not get tripped from behind in the turnover for the second shout, too? Thought he did live, then watching it back now I’m sure he gets clipped by Reid.
-
Bring the old bugger back ffs
-
Thought he stepped up massively in the second half as the 6 in place of Bruno and then got even better in the double pivot, when he had an awful lot to do. His goals will come back. His shooting was always a strength when he was coming through and out on loan, that just doesn’t disappear. Head’s just totally gone at the minute, though.

Joelinton was MOTM like, but I thought Maxi was very decent and gave us a completely new dimension in that second half. I’m far from his biggest fan, an’ all.
-
Now imagine that front four starting a game fresh and with a fully fit Bruno and Joelinton behind them…

Eddie Howe - Nominated for Manager of the Season
Rich replied to InspectorCoarse's topic in Football
Last season and this is proof that some people will never, ever be happy or satisfied. I understand striving for more, of course, but the numbers, results, and league position speak for themselves at the minute. In terms of expectations versus reality we’ve arguably never had it so good. There was nothing wrong with the team selection. We controlled the game despite Bruno being cooked for a good chunk of the time he was on and then having to come off. -
Really going out on a limb there mind
-
Found it hard to dislike him but never really warmed to him because of the above. He’s definitely started controlling it better as he’s gotten older, to be fair to him.
-
Rafa?
-
Aye. Let Arsenal run away with it.

I didn't think Ward-Prowse was in Neves' league before going looking for those stats. If we were sorely lacking a set piece taker, then maybe, but given we have Trippier I'd steer well clear. I don't even think JWP would be bad for us, either, I just think we can do much better.

Been ongoing since last February, Zaniolo, think his agent is hard at work. Sky Sport Italia said this in June, and given the first part was so wrong maybe the rest was bollocks as well: “Zaniolo is leaving Roma, he is the player that will finance Roma’s transfer market. There was a rejected bid from Newcastle he doesn’t want to go to the Premier League. Milan and Juventus have started the first approaches for the Italian winger.”

Joelinton, KaKa goes without saying. https://news.sky.com/story/covid-19-newcastle-uniteds-joelinton-fined-for-getting-haircut-in-lockdown-after-posting-about-it-on-instagram-12208476

Is he not just a bit thick? Has anyone mentioned the lockdown breach yet?
