Two quality signings, howay. Midfielder and winger, ideally.
-
He looked so sharp at the WC and in his first game back. Definitely lacking that razor edge he usually has.

Didn’t think we were great and none of our big hitters were anywhere near their best (Trippier, Bruno, Wilson), but we still dominated and deserved to win. Frustrating as fuck.
-
He’s incredible. Had nothing to do all game and produces that save.
-
What a bloke Bruno is, man.
-
Man just wants a Leicester repeat.

With Wood going there is room for another ugly bastard in the squad, tbf. Karius staying means we're alreet for a while yet.
-
Aye, think so. There've been a few now where he's dragged them to draws/wins almost single-handedly. He's something special, IMO.
-
Does anyone know why he loves the #6 so much?
-
Anyway, let's treat the new thread with the respect it deserves.

In fairness, at least this one was started for humorous reasons. Still, if you're a grown-up that believes in jinxes you need to seek professional help.

Eh? He's been fucking class. *

Yes bruvva!

Not my decision, thankfully, but if he did join I could see him playing a role off the bench initially with a view to him becoming a starter from the left.
-
Think Edwards linked him before Hope did and we did apparently have a bid rejected in the summer.
-
Would be keen to see what we could do with Gordon, like, and surely his market value is at its lowest point since he came onto the scene? If we genuinely did bid £35M for him in the summer and felt like that was an accurate representation of his value, it wouldn't be a shock to see us going back in at a lower number based on the season he's had and Everton's continuing decline. Never really seen the fuss myself, but I'm not Ashworth/Howe/Nickson with their collective network for background checks and an army of scouts/analysts behind me. Plus access to all of the video and data on him they could need, and the software to best evaluate him.
-
Dunno, like. Have you seen some of the takes on here at times?
-
We'll always have that few months of Perez, Rondon, and Almirón to look back on. He was exceptional in that wide #10 role.
-
Mount, Havertz, Ziyech, Sterling, Mudryk, Pulisic, Madueke, Joao Felix, Broja, Aubameyang, Fofana.
-
Spoiler alert: he says he can play number nine, support striker, or out wide, particularly from the left, even though that wouldn't be his "preferred position".
